How do you register two lines on the digits app

I have 2 lines a primary and secondary line assigned to 2 seperate handsets, however I am unable to use my second line in the “DIGITS” app. I even have them associated with 2 different email addresses, but cannot access my secondary linein this app!     Help

You need to enable usage on Multiple devices for that line and by then you can manage that line using the digits app.
