phone sending i messages to sync up watch.

Recently got my kids a sync up watch, I have noticed that my phone is automatically sending imessages which the watch does not support. Apparently the number associated with the watch is also associated with another phone. Is there any way to fix this? does anyone know or has anyone had this problem? Just to be able to send text messages to the kids watches without it switching to iMessages automatically.

Syncup Watch location not updating

My sons sync up watch is not updating the location.  How do i correct this without doing the live update and draining his battery? PLEASE help

How do I replace the factory-installed, user replaceable screen protector on my SyncUP watch?

My son cracked the screen on his watch. The watch information says it has a factory installed, user replaceable screen protector built in. How do I remove and replace this screen protector?

Syncup Drive Wifi

Would the Syncup Drive gets a Wifi signal even when the car ignition has been turned off and not running? Or the Wifi signal has a time out counter after the ignition is turned off.

Contacts with only an email?

Setting up new watch for my son and trying to add his cousin as a contact but the cousin has no phone or watch just an ipad with a email address. was hoping they could text but seems I need a phone number to add the contact. anyone have insight or workaround?

New Syncup&Drive doesnt have correct info

I’ve had 3 sync up and drive legacy. I inherited my mom’s 2020 Buick Encore and ordered another but it’s the new version that doesn’t link with my old ones. It doesn’t have the correct speed limits either I keep getting notifications of speed excess, our speed on highway is 70-75 mph depending on county. I can’t find where to change it. It also is missing several routes that I personally drove missing that are on my insurance app.

Sync Up Kids App is down again?????

First day of school, been trying for a week to get the app to work and it won’t on any device. Have restarted phones, watches, cleared cache and reinstalled app. When will this thing be back up?? Very stressful!

SyncUp Watch audio messages dont play on my android samsung

Granddaughter just got a new SyncUp Watch.  i sent her an audio message - she can hear it.  she sent me back an audio message and when I click on it, I can hear one audible click, then nothing.  I have read several issues in this group about audio files not playing on the ‘sent’ phone - but from a year or two ago.  Is this audio issue still a problem?

Sync Up Error When Inviting Contacts

We purchased a new Sync Up watch for our 8 year old, and sadly 4 days later, we STILL can’t use it.  When we send invites to contacts that we’ve added, they get different errors.  Three or four different errors reported from friends and family.   TMobile has NO idea what to do…  they opened an engineering ticket and called earlier (4 days into this) and just said they are still “working on it”.  Meanwhile, our boy is sad as he was so excited for his new tool for independence! Anyone have any idea how to fix this?  We are beyond frustrated. Thanks!

Sync up kids watch 2

Hi I just purchased the kids sync up watch 2. I can add contacts but when I try both ways to send an invite link just my text messages pop up to whomever that person is but it NEVER populated with a link EVER. WE have tried everything. Not working by giving an invite link to guardians. I need my older adult children to be able to monitor my young child's location please help

Issues adding contacts to SyncUp Kids in T-Life

Is anyone else having issues adding contacts in T-Life for SyncUp Kids? I get all of the way through the process (name, phone number, “friend”) and then the contact won’t save. Super frustrating for a brand new device.

If I buy the OnePlus watch to LTE version from China off of eBay, will it be able to be activated on T-Mobile here in the United States?  Here are the bands I'm told it uses  WCDMA：B1、B5、B84G FDD-LTE：B1、B3、B5、B84G TDD-LTE：B34、B38、B39、B40、B41（2515~2675MHz)
