Hi, accept a Home Internet kit on trial at a store. There they told me that I could try it and if it was not required I could return it to any store. I have tried to return it and they tell me that I must send it by mail. I'm calling the contact phone and they don't answer me. I need to know how I can return that internet equipment because it does not meet my expectations. Than
I purchased a SynchUp Kids watch for my child. It worked fine on the first day but seems to be having issues sending text messages after receiving an update on Jan 25. All other functions are fine (inbound texts, inbound/outbound calls, GPS, etc.). After contacting support, they confirmed that it is a known issue, and their technical team is working on it. They could not give an estimate on when it would be fixed. Anyone else having this issue and vague response from support? It has been about 3 days since I opened the case. I’m also a little disappointed that I will need to call back in for updates. I would think that the support team would at least reach out or be able to provide more information. I’ve only unfortunately been able to speak with level 1 support who does not have much information.
On the box, it says “Splash-friendly & water resistant” however, on the documentation inside it says, “This product including adaptor should not be left in the rain, exposure to water dropped and crushed or otherwise abused”. Grammatical errors aside, those two are contradictory. Can someone clarify how wet the watch can get? Thanks
Hello I just got a T-mobile data card for some IoT project.I want to use this on a D-Link modem/router that has a SIM card slot that is 4G LTE compatible (DWP-902) but what i need is the APN settings for the Data Card that was provided. Anyone can help with that?
I got the Synchup Tracker few months ago, and it seemed to work fine at least most of the time. About a day ago, it went offline. No matter what I did, I could not bring it back to ONLINE. It was fully charged as it was always connected to the charger inside the car with green LED showing fully charged. I tried turning it off and on, by pressing the button for 5 seconds. I tried many times and it did not come out of OFFLINE status. I thought maybe I could remove the device and add it back (as I did with Samsung’s tracker many times before). I tried to add it and when I scan the QR code, it says there is something wrong with the error code 6071, and asks me to contact the customer service. I tried the enter the IMEI manually, and the same result. Something happened and somewhat the tracker is disabled. I tried calling and there was 45 minutes wait. I went to chat box with T-Mobile, and the person did not know much about the service, and wanted to escalate to the “experts”. I have n
Is geofencing really the only movement-based SyncUP alert that is available?Virtually every other tracking device out there can alert in response to motion after some period of immobility. This is of obvious value when someone else moves your stuff.I believe the device itself detects motion via accelerometer -- I think I read somewhere that it goes into a low-power mode if it doesn’t move for ten minutes. We have these hidden and hard-wired in our vehicles, but it sure would be annoying to have a vehicle stolen with a handy tracker onboard -- that wasn’t bright enough to alert you to motion. We geofence our house, but it isn’t as if I’m going to geofence the grocery store, our friends’ houses, restaurants, etc etc etc.I appreciate the completely reasonable monthly fee on these, but the software leaves a lot to be desired.
I just added Mobile One to my account for a tablet. When I connect to the internet tethered....my download speed is ONLY:0.71Mbps download0.51Mbps uploadWhy am I paying SO MUCH? I was advised by TMobile to use their tablet as a tether for internet. What's the point? Dial up is faster!!! Now I can't even access my account as TMobile account access suddenly went down earlier today and has not been fixed!!!
I am an employee of T-mobile. I purchased the sync up drive for my own personal use. During the 2nd week, it kept telling me that my battery was low, and failing. A couple of days later I had to have my alternator replaced which cost me $450.00. Since my issue, i have come across other customers that have returned this device. One customer said she was getting the same battery failing message. Another customer returned her device after she too,had to get her alternator replaced. By no means am I saying the sync up drive is causing this. But I am suggesting that there may be a correlation between these battery issues and the sync up drive device. How do I look into this?
I received my cell spot yesterday and plugged it in the way it says to and it seems to be working great. I now have full service where I had almost none before. However, trying to run any apps on my television today seems to be near impossible. They keep coming up with the fact that they are experiencing network issues or are extremely slow and continue to pause to buffer. That is not an issue I've ever had before, so I'm wondering if the cell spot could be interfering in some way with my internet service. If anyone has any feedback on this, I would appreciate it!
I have this black alcatel link zone that was working. the 1st 2 lights are on and the 4th is for the battery the 3rd used to light up and now it doesnt and for some reason my wifi is not working anymore. I cannot find any information on the error lights that are currently present on my 4G LTE Cellspot. The troubleshoot guide has no option for the following error lights:POWER: solid greenINTERNET: solid greenSTATUS: flashing orange GPS: solid green3G/4G: solid green4G LTE: offI have tried rebooting the cellspot twice but I am still receiving the same error lights. Currently only have 1 bar of service and it is very weak. Anyone have any solutions to this problem?
Hello community, I would like to know if other people is having the same problem. My kid's watch Timex FamilyConnect is taken each day longer to be fully charged, I mean considerably. I have this one since four months ago and to have full charge from around 20%, it is taken like 10 -14 hours. And despite it is at 100% charged overnight, the charging led stay on red color and the watch is hot; sometimes with a message in the display about hot temperature. My feeling is that the battery is getting degradase quickly and I would like to know if other parents are facing the same issue?BRJaime
Long story short -- dog chewed up charging cable for my new SyncUp Tracker, can;t find replacement. Not listed among charging accessories on T-Mobile site, not found on eBay, etc. using Internet search.I know this is a CoolPad rebranded tracker of some sort, no luck searching their website, no similar model exists.Cable is magnetic, has 5 pins and all I’ve found online under CoolPad brand only have 4 pins.Help!
I got HotSpot and it's working as it's supposed to.Now I want to access my hotsport account online, and when I'm trying creating an account for my hotsport- T-Mobile website says it sent me verification text on my hotspot number (funny, right?). Then I said ok, maybe I don't understand something - and I went to T-Mobile shop to get explanation on how it works. And they said- yeah, you're supposed to get the text. Just take out that SIM card and put it in any phone device and you'll get the text (stupid, isn't it?). I did it, and obviously my phone device didn't receive any verification texts.T-Mobile, can you prove to me you are the best? What kind of service is it???
i recently purchased an RV and have been doing some traveling. I have found that most camp ground have poor WiFi. Speaking to a Winegard rep. And he said that T-Mobile had best plan with unlimited streaming. Anyone use the plan? How does it work and cost. What equipment is required? THanks, Randy
My neighborhood has T-Mobile coverage, but it is very poor. I am currently a Verizon customer who plans to switch to Mint Mobile, and I want to get a T-Mobile CellSpot I can connect to the LAN at my house. Can I expect my Mint Mobile service to be compatible with the T-Mobile CellSpot? Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Will it work?
I called support about my bill being so high a few weeks ago and the rep that help me removed a few things I didn't need, and now my hotspot is so slow it takes forever to load a page on my laptop. I have tried tethering it to see if it is faster but its just as slow. I have tried all the help steps on the help page still nothing. I logged in on my friends boost hotspot and everything loaded instantly. I have tried calling t-mobile support but it just keeps telling me my number can not be found in the system so i cant even speak to anyone. This is just one issues I am having.
I have had my SyncUp for a few months and it was working fine. Then suddenly it showed my battery was dead and it turned out my alternator had to be replaced ($650). Now the SyncUp won't work at all - it is offline even when the lights are on, despite repeated attempts to unplug it and get it to work. Most importantly, I am now seeing a number of concerns from people that their batteries and alternators started died shortly after they got the device and I'm concerned it has been damaging my car and was the reason for the alternator breaking in the first place. Has anyone else had this issue?
I bought three T-Mobile SIM Starter Kits to use in three Netgear LB1120 4G LTE modems. The instructions gave me two ways to activate:1. visit www.t-mobile.com/activation2. call 1-877-778-2019 from your device I can't do 2 because my device does not have the capability to dial out. These Netgear LB1120s do not have dial-out capability. So I tried www.t-mobile.com/activationI got routed to https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaidNow I'm lost.It seems the web sites are always updating beyond what is printed on the instruction sheets. What's the best way to get these SIM cards activated on my three Netgear modems? Also, I will need to be assigned three new phone numbers to manage my T-Mobile Refill cards. The dial-in method works great with T-Mobile Refill cards provided I have phone numbers. Or could I grab an old unlocked GSM phone to do the activation with the T-Mobile app and then move the SIM cards over to the Netgear LB1120 cell modems?Would that work? Be easier to manage?
