Hi, I looked over the internet to see if there was something i was missing. I just upgraded to the v2 as the original cellspot stopped working 6 months ago ( just green power light nothing else) The new one started with green flashing power and amber flashing internet. I had originally setup through my archer ax21 router but after two days switched to plugging directly into the modem. (a tplink tc-7620) and plugging the router into the lan port. Now i have green flashing power and solid amber internet led.I called customer support and that was fruitless. After 20 minutes of telling the person on the phone that she doesnt have a script for my question she checked with her colleagues and told me that xfinity comcast doesn't block customers ports. ( Not entirely true as there are about a dozen ports they do block that started way back with the sasser worm iirc). I have tried various port scanners and the results are mixed but it seems to say that the ports are open but filtered? No expla
We got a pair of these devices free. The rep said we could use it to track eachother. However, I can’t figure out a way to do that. I have one dedicated to my phone app and another one to my spouse. But I cannot add her device to my app. Is there a way to do this?
New SyncUp tracker. Diagram indicates there is a temperature sensor that detects ambient temperature, but no information is included about how to use the feature. Was hoping to use it inside my travel trailer when we leave the dog in it (with a/c on, of course) to alert me if the temperature changes should there be a power failure if we are out and about. Anyone have any insight about how it works? TIA!
I have 2 lines a primary and secondary line assigned to 2 seperate handsets, however I am unable to use my second line in the “DIGITS” app. I even have them associated with 2 different email addresses, but cannot access my secondary linein this app! Help
Last week I had a remote-starter put in my car. Unfortunately, the mechanic found it would only work when SyncUP Drive is physically disconnected. Each time we put it back in, the remote-starter would fail to turn the car on. Remove the SyncUP, and things return to working order. The dealership rechecked the remote-starter install, and indicated it’s a completely standard install and not an issue they have seen with any other similar OBD-tracking device. Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas for how to fix or troubleshoot? I have tried in-store, chat, and phone support for Tmobile. Mostly, I receive head scratching responses, and no concrete recommendations or contacts w/in Tmobile to try for deeper help.
I have had my SyncUp Pet Tracker for just over a month and it has never worked. I have called customer support numerous time and they always promise to call me back - has NEVER happened. The tracker does not let me know when my dog is out of his safe zone and even worse, today he full on got out of the yard and it would not allow me to track him. I had to do it the old fashioned way and drive around calling his name. What is the point to this device? I would really like it to work and I have done everything I can think of to get support - this is my last try. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get this thing to work or am I wasting the monthly line fee, plus the cost of the device?
I got my son a synchup watch about 5 weeks ago. He has barely used it because he is on Summer break and home with me. It won’t charge. The charger has been in the same place since we got it. No damage to the watch. Naturally, I didn’t put insurance on it, since it would be the same price as the watch anyway. So, now I’m stuck with this line and no device.
I recently moved the SyncUP DRIVE from my old car to a new car, Hyundai Ioniq 5. It works otherwise, but I’m constantly getting Tow Detected, Your Hyundai Ioniq 5 is being towed! alerts. These are extremely annoying due to the sound alert the app makes, these are quite random, can happen from a couple of times a minutes to every few minutes.Any thoughts, what could trigger this alert and is there something I can do to stop them? If I can’t resolve this, I won’t be able to keep using the SyncUP DRIVE with this car, the alerts are too annoying.
I was trying to set up tmobile tuesday with the phone number my hotspot is using. I see there is 2FA authentication where it texts a code to that same phone number but I’m not in possession of my hotspot as it’s being used to monitor security cameras remotely. The customer service at tmobile told me I can go over there and connect to the hotspot with my phone and should be able to see a “messages” area in mobile.hotspot.com and it will allow me to retrieve the sms text I was sent. Is there an easier way to do this? I see on the tmobile app there is a usage history area where it tells me the data I’ve used and there is a messages area but its blank.
Hello everyone, I have been having a lot of trouble with my SyncUp Drive device lately. It keep giving push notifications about my vehicle being towed, but in reality, my car is safe and sound in my drive way. Now it would not be a problem if it doesn’t doing it over and over again in the middle of the night. Have anyone been having the same problem and were you able to solve it? If so, please show me what you have done to stop it because I really like my SyncUp Drive and I would hate to let it go because of this issue. Thanks in advance everyone for your help!
We just purchased 2, SAM A32 5G. I’m still attempting to figure it out; but, is there a way to make it so when we are away from home and I delete mail from my phone it also deletes it from my home computer? But, also keeps it deleted from the phone when I go back in the next time to check emails. I’m sure I must be missing something; but, for the life of me I can’t figure it out.It’s not a ‘fun’ thing to come home after being gone for 2 weeks or longer and still have all the emails to go through and try to remember which ones I really did want to keep.Thanks for ANY assistance to this issue. This time around I’m trying to make use of what the phone has to offer.Don’t know what ‘SyncUP and ioT means… Don’t know what ‘tags’ to use either
I got my new syncup drive yesterday. Installed it. Drove 45 minutes to work. It still tells me to go for a drive. I clicked the button that says stuck on this screen. It keeps failing on gps location . Today I did the drive to work no results the. On my home 3rd drive. It still won't setup Any help? Tips?
