SyncUp Drive trip history

What has happened to trip history in the SyncUp upgrade? I can export it, but cannot access the trip history maps. Support stopped responding after I comfirmed that my phone and iOS were compatible.

Cellular Modem in Canada

I have a Netgear LB2120 Cellular modem that works great in the US.  I am now in Canada with a "disconnected" status.  I was told it would work.  How can I fix this?

S-UP 2 wifi concern

I purchased a SyncUP DRIVE 2 primarily for the wifi access so I could check on my dog using a security cam, then I found out the wifi requires the ignition to be on, defeating the purpose.Is there a way to allow the wifi to temporarily activate when there is a disturbance notification so I might briefly check the camera rather than continually going outside to physically check on the status of my dog? Or perhaps I can request this type of feature be developed?It  seems pointless to receive several disturbance notifications over the course of an hour with no ability to quickly determine if the dog triggered the alert, or if someone is trying to enter the vehicle through windows cracked open for ventilation.

What is required to have a wifi/internet device added in order to stream Youtube TV?

Want to eliminate and consolidate services. Would like to/need to add a hotspot/internet streaming device in order to watch YouTube TV on my home smart TV(s). What is required to do this and can I extend the signal to other portions of my home that are out of range?

Hotspot stopped uploading/downloading data

I'm currently in UAE. My T-Mobile hotspot has worked great here during visits over the past few months. Then yesterday it stopped uploading/downloading data. It connects to the local network just fine, and I get the up/down arrows icon, but no data gets transferred, upload or download, and I have no internet access.I tried turning the device on/off, manually disconnecting/connecting to the network, resetting/restarting the device, and removing/reinserting the SIM card. My plan, the local network, the location, everything is exactly the same as before. Why is my hotspot not transferring data, and how can I fix it?(FB/Twitter are not options for me, I can't call 800 numbers from outside the US, and "live chat" or "messaging" don't appear on my screen when I go to the "contact us" page while logged into my T-Mobile account.)Appreciate any support the community managers or others can provide.

Why is my lte slower than my 4g?!

Hello everyone! Here's my story, so I received a message saying I was about to hit 28 gb of usage and that my data speeds would be reduced until the next billing cycle. I did go over 28gigs and was throttled as promised by T-Mobile.. Now here's the problem, after my billing cycle ended, my lte speed remained miserably slow! I get less than 1mbps most of the time! When I turn off lte and it's on 4g, I get a minimum of 5-9mbps. Ive contacted T-Mobile a few times and they even opened support tickets so the engineers can look at it and both times they said my line is fine with the provisioning and everything. I don't think it's my phone... anyone have this issue? I'm on an iPhone 6s.and have not have this problem at all before. Thanks for reading my rant... this has gone on for almost two months now and it's really frustrating!

Sync Up Issues: Critical Battery

I have a Sync Up Drive I purchased back in April and it's been working fine in my car up until about a week ago. About every few days I was getting a critical battery notification but every time I checked the app or even the graph of my battery reading, the line was well above the low indicator and it did not have a low battery reading in the voltage reading either. I took my car to a mechanic to double check the battery and everything and he said it was all good there as well. Is there a reason for the device to keep giving me a low battery notification when all else is fine? My car is only a year old (purchased last year) so these kinds of things are just a little irritating to deal with in the Sync Up.

Alcatel hotspot stops recognizing USB cables, can't charge, how to fix?

My Alcatel hotspot has suddenly stopped recognizing any of the USB cables that I plug in to try to charge the device, except for one cable.  I used to be able to use any of the half-dozen USB cables that fit, but now none of them carry signal or power, and my charge will run out soon.How can I fix this?  I tried the full hardware reset, I tried removing the battery, the last thing I haven't tried is removing the SIM card but I doubt that would make any difference.Suggestions welcome and appreciated!

Cell Spot Red Light

I bought a cell Spot 4G LTE booster off of eBay and the main window unit only shows a red power light when I plug it in. The coverage unit lights up and does it searching for a window unit but then the light stops and only shows one leg of a number. Any idea if it’s junk or am I doing something wrong?

How do I do port ranges for port forwarding for my 4G LTE HotSpot Alcatel linkzone device?

I have been reading about similar instances where others have difficulty gaming with this device because its not meant for gaming. But im wondering is there a way to do port ranges in port forwarding for this device or not? I cant enter 12000-12999 as a port range because it says integers only, my friend told me to try ~ and : as well and have had no success. Is there any way to do port ranges?

Sync-Up, Server Issue, When Will It Work Again?!?!

This is not a question but a statement. I have two of these Sync-Up modules. One in each of our two cars. The first quit sending data on February 5th, was last data received. I have worked with tech support and they created a ticket for their 'engineering' department. That was last week I think on a Friday I first called. I let this go until today, Friday, February 14, 2019 and called support to see what was up. No change but I was told after a tech looked further into it saying that 'the Mojio servers were the problem'. So, this is where it seems to stand. What if anything can Mojio say about all of this? Any idea when it will be fixed? Why haven't we even been given an email or text notification that there were problems and that they were being looked into by T-Mobile? Why do I or anyone else have to call in and create a ticket? A simple text update or status would be nice.My gut is telling me this company, Mojio, will crash and burn. Then what? This cannot keep going on like this. I

SyncUp Drained battery and alternator

Installed Sync Up on Ford Fusion 2013 it ran ok for a few months a few days ago, the entire electrical system shut down.  The Ford dealership said the Sync Up drained the battery and destroyed the alternator.  They advised to not install back on the car.

SyncUp Drive not responding

My SyncUp Drive has stopped responding. It has not reported any vehicle activity for four days now. I tried to reset the device many times but no luck. I have the device in my hand right now but my app says the device is plugged in the car and active. I cannot remove the car from the app, add a car or reset the device, plugged in or not.  My SyncUp drive data is frozen in time from four days ago. Any ideas? Thanks

4G LTE Booster

I followed the instructions to a T.... I put the window unit, wear I get a full 5 bars on my cell phone... Without the booster hooked up... But when I plug in the window unit and put it in the exact same spot. I am lucky to get 3 bars on the window unit. Why is this? The coverage unit seem to be working correctly. But the window unit. There is something fishy going on.... Like it has WEAK antennas or something. Has anyone else experienced this?

SyncUP Drive doesnt repot accurate mpg

I have been using syncup drive for a few months now, however it always report that my mpg average is around the 25-28mpg when my car (Jeep Wrangler) is rated in between 16 (city) and 20 (hwy) mpg, the device accurately detects the car and vin but I am surprised it is not smart enough to report an accurate mpg based on speed/gas tank levels and distance. Btw gas levels seem accurate.does anyone know if that is fixable?regards

Does SyncUP DRIVE Interface with milage tracking apps?

I'm currently using TripLog on my android device to track my trips milage.  It doesn't do the best job and I always have to adjust the milage to match my car's odometer. But, the app can use an OBD-II scan tool for milage tracking. One requirement is that the device have an ELM327 Interface to work.  Does anyone know, one way or another if the SyncUP Drive works with TripLog or any other milage tracking app?

I keep seeing a LOT of data usage on my hotspot, and I only use it to load a basic webpage a few times a day. (4 days a week). I'm seeing entries on my bill of 222MB during times I couldn't have used it, because I was at work (and can't use my phone or get on the internet except at certain times). I do have it secured with a password that is not obvious. What could be happening?
