Oh man!! Less than a year old with a dead screen! Good news is there is a warranty process available for this situation. You will need to contact customer support. You can call or message us through the T-Mobile app or direct message us on Facebook or Twitter.
I tried and they said to take it to a T-mobile store. They said they don’t repair watches. Now what?
