I cannot get the SYNCUP DRIVE SD-7000T1 to sync with my phone. I go to the Sync Up app, add a new car, I scan the device and it says to plug in and drive around for 15 minutes. It won’t move from that screen no matter how long I drive around. I have no idea what to do.
