Just bought a Syncup Kids watch and I could not get the App on my Galaxy S22 Ultra to login to complete the pairing of the watch.
Repro Steps:
- Start the watch and it will ask you to install the Syncup Kidds app on your phone and follow the instructions on the app
- Installed the app and run
- App will ask you to login to T-Mobile account
- Login with my email/phone number and password
- After about 1min, error message comes up- “Oh oh, something went wrong. Please try again. If persist, please contact customer care”
After spending about 4hrs with 3 different customer reps, they escalated the issue but still no resolution.
Has anyone here ran into this issue and got it resolved?
