Hi. My SyncUP Kids watch has stopped counting steps. I’ve rebooted it and checked the firmware (it’s the same as another watch that is working). Is there anything I can do to fix this? TIA

Our kids watch is doing the same thing and it is almost brand new. I would love to know how to get it functional.
