SyncUp started crashing

Today, after no updates or reboots, SyncUp Drive started crashing immediately after getting past the spash screen. I'm getting my audible alerts, but can't view the map, or have any real use of the app because it crashes so quickly.


Running Android 9 on an LG-H932.


I've rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. On reinstall, I can navigate through the setup after logging in, then the app crashes.


Any idea what may have happened or how to fix?

You are not alone.  I rebooted my phone.  I powered my phone off and restarted.  I loaded the latest version of SyncUp.  Nothing has solved the problem.

Have you contacted our Tech Care team to have a Trouble Ticket filed? That'll be the next step to get our engineers involved with fixing this.

Yes, I opened a ticket and learned that there was a problem with a Google Map update from Google. The problem was resolved in 3 days without any other action on my part.

Mine started working again yesterday (Wednesday).
