I just installed and activated my SyncUp device.  I get internet access, but my iPhone warns me that the security protocol is weak (TIK vs ARES).  I found a FAQ that said something like you can go to and logon as admin.

But when I connect to my SyncUp hotspot and go to nothing happens. It basically does not connect to the web admin settings.  I’d really like to change the security settings if I can get past the URL.

Any advice or workarounds that someone can give me?  Otherwise, I do have access to the internet and can browse websites for the most part.  Just can’t get into the admin part of the SyncUp unless the URL should be different than
