When I try to transfer my esim to my new phone. I can not continue, customer told me to close SIM Protection, I try to visit T-Mobile website, because I use a prepaid account I can’t use application. But SIM Protection page show:

I contacted this number and 611 but still can't turn off the protection, this is really stupid.
Do they make me wait? I have been waiting for 2 days and still can't turn off the protection, this is really a useless feature, can't T-Mobile technicians solve this simple problem?????????
