I am looking to speak to someone from corporate about my services and charges. I spoke with a customer service rep I also spoke with a supervisor and they wasn't no help.! i'm sure in the near future it's going to be a class act lawsuit against T-Mobile for overly charging their customers adding fees that don't have anything to do with their account and the list goes on. I do not recommend T-Mobile to my family or friends and if you're looking to be a customer I would give it a second thought!
