Worst customer service

T-Mobile are the worst  company they never fix the issues they been charging me plan I wasn’t using their supervisor are the worst too I will never recommend to anyone

i was told by someone that tmobile customers would be fined $500 if they sent an inappropriate text.  is this really true?

how do children unlock your phone is case of death

I am doing some life planning and with many financial accounts requiring double authentication, even if your trustee has your passwords, it will also require them to be able to unlock your phone to retrieve the double authentication code that many financial accounts require.  Does T-Mobile have a way to add a trustee so in case of death that would allow the trustee access to your phone for this purpose?

What is T-Mobile ID?

They say I need to set up “T-mobile ID”, then when I try to they say I already have one, but I have no idea what it is, where to find it, or what it’s for. How is it different from login with email or phone nbr and password?   Is it something i can look up somewhere on my account?  Why would I need it or want it?

Autopay

Trying to set up autopay and the page on the website is blank. I was told my 2 phones were free by switching over 2 lines from verizon. My bill was to be $55 plus tax. They took out $101 based on $65 plan and $26 phone fee plus tax. I believe they are working on my phone situation but I am trying to add autopay to lower my bill to $55 but can’t get it resolved.

Forward Text Messages that are Received by a Home Internet Line

I only have Home Internet with T-Mobile, and so when I try to get deals from the Tuesday app sometimes I have to get a code that is sent to the account number which is the Home Internet device. I can get the code from the device, but if I am not home then I can’t get that code. Is there a way to setup the messages to be forwarded to my phone or email?

NEVER a notification from Scam Shield

Nop matter that I set ALL notifications in the Scam Shield app AND all notifications FOR the Scam Shield in Settings/Notifications/Scam Shield in my iPhone. I NEVER get any notification and the only way I can tell anything has been blocked is to view activity in the app.Am I doing something worng?Is this a known issue?Seems a good bit of functionality is lacking if this is how it is. Its one of the few things AT&T seems to have done better.Thoughts?~Bob

Disappointed Loyal T-Mobile Customer!!

I would like feedback and to put this situation out there for many to read about the dissatisfying experiences I have had with T-Mobile so maybe I can save the next person from going through the bad experience that I have. I am a loyal, on time, bill paying customer of t-mobile for 3 years now, My bill is extremely high for only having one line but I dont complain because I do value the perks I get with my acount to be honest. But last month really did it for me. My bill was $40 higher than normal, so $161 as opposed to $121 normally. So I called customer service and inquired, turns out it shows I placed an international call for 11 minutes totally $33.41 but I have never called internationally so I asked them to look into it. and the first rep. told me that it wasnt made from my phone number so it was a mixup on their end and they would remove the charge. Then a week went by and the  charge was still there so I called back and spoke to a gentlemen who informed me that I called a unite

Rant: Can't Access Redemption, Website Broken II

On about July 2nd I took advantage of the Keep and Switch offer to come over to T-Mobile from Verizon. This seemed like a good deal, except I have spent over 30 hours trying to get the rebate / payoff for one device.The first part is more Verizon, so I won’t go into detail.  Sufficed to say that if coming over from Verizon get you bill snapshots first, because you will be essentially locked out from your account after porting over.My main frustration with T-Mobile is that the Redemption Webpages appear to quite broken. I have spent hours trying to get past a broken empty dropdown, or even more frustrating (on mobile) a page where I can see the redemption status but then I immediately get redirected back to the home page.In my many calls with Customer Service we have walked through the process and I have pointed out the bugs. Do they report and or log these bugs? I don’t know. Supposedly they are to send me a direct link to the redemption. I haven't heard anything yet. The last resort i

playing ads when calling customer care is annoying

Does anyone else hate calling customer care and every few seconds hear an ad about T Mobile app.  I have complained before but nothing. Why we need to hear ad saying to download T Mobile app and it plays every few seconds so if on hold for 45 minutes then can hear 100 times.

Logging into my account

Why is it so dang hard to log into T-MOBILE app without a T-Mobile phone number.. I think they need to go back to the drawing board and give it another good ole college try.. like for real all I wanted to do is login to activate my sim card to activate my phon3s.. but no T-Mobile has nothing better to do thwn spin and throw customers like crazy.. had anyone in this community cracked this conundrum yet.. because all I see when you Google this problem is a whole lot of sad emoji faces plrase someone help me... Dazed&Confused.. in Fla.

Where to get QR code to restore deleted T-Mobile entry in Authenticator app

I am trying to switch T-Mobile authentication to 1Password from Google authenticator. I had to delete from Google authenticator but I cannot find where to get the QR code or setup key to have authentication in 1Password. I am stumped.

T-mobile bundle or Sparklight?

I am paying $310 monthly for Sparklight phone, internet, and tv.  They took my easy to understand DVR box and now use an Amazon fire stick. My essential tremors preclude my hands from holding and using the tiny 5” x 1.5” remote used to cruise the amazon prime channels.  I do not watch movies or sports or play games.  I JUST WANT CABLE TV HDMI1 or HDMI 2 TELEVISION shows from CBS to PBS to HISTORY, food, bravo, espn, msnbc, to AMC, TCM, and the WEATHER channel. I have amazon prime but aside from free shipping, I DON’T CARE about all that entertainment garbage.  Is T-mobile “cable” service more BABY BOOMER friendly that Sparky? My tremors mostly severely affect my hands and any muscles used to hold utensils, pens, finger agility, etc.

logging in app issue

Since I got my phone from t mobile (iPhone 15) I haven’t been able to completely login to the app. It just says processing then give a loading wheal and back to processing. I called before and was told that they are updating it. I waited for the update still no change. I made sure my phone is fully updated still no change deleted the app and reinstalled no change. I can login to my account on the website but it won’t let me go anywhere but to my account itself no shopping or benefits to look at.  SO I AM WONDERING WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APP AND WEBSITE IT BEEN 2 TO 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not hang around these types of programs for privacy reasons. I just want to state my dislike of an app that requires accurate location information like T-Life. The information is private and personally, I will not allow it.See ya later!Thx

Online purchasing does not work!!!

Can’t order a phone at TMobile but I can purchase anything I want from every other website? It’s not the browser or the cache.. Has anyone else bought a phone online at TMobile? I wish we could all get help with this issue?

Why isn't there access to data usage in the T-Mobile app??? It is ridiculous to log in to T-Mobile account and get a password every time you want to view your usage.  Let alone using more data while trying to access the information

I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR T-MOBILE

I signed up for T-Mobile back in September!! When I signed up I was informed that there was a keep and switch promotion along with internet promotion and my last bill from Verizon would be paid in full and any devices under contract would be paid off since I wanted to keep my phone.  WAS THAT A MISTAKE!! Not only am I NOW RECEIVING BILLS FROM VERIZON FOR 4,000 but yet have I to get anywhere WITH T-MOBILE!! The manager in fact was the one to tell all THIS BS!!  I have been battling back and forth to get what was promised to me!! Not only having to explain my situation to several different people but not getting what was promised!! T-MOBILE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FALSE ACTIONS!! Something needs to get  done about it. Then perhaps their management would sell lies just to make a commission check!! This is BS!! And I am still looking for something to get done!

Usage History Limited Now?

The app used to have a pull down and you could go back months to view usage on different cycles. The pull-down menu disappeared and now you only can go back 3 months? I thought the website might have more but it doesn’t. We can’t see the usage more than three months back?
