"Manage Add-ons" web page error

The “Manage Add-ons” link at t-mobile.com has been broken for days. Whether from the account home page or lines page, every time I click Manage Add-ons I get this error. Is there another way to manage add-ons? I need to buy an international data plan before traveling.

 

 

I’ve been having the same problem. This has been a problem for months now. You can call T-Mobile and have them change add-ons.


I noticed that I can manage add-ons in the app, but not on the website. I hope that helps!
