My account says I'm eligible  for an Upgrade on my Plan can you help me what's the deal from my plan I'm on ?

I am not gonna use my prepaid line for a month or two, I am out of the country so I am not able to call without being extra charged here. My question is, if I don’t pay one month, on the next are they gonna change me one or both months? Or should I block my line for that month ? I dont wanna make a mess, since at the end, how am I supose to unblock it without the code by imessage  to enter the website I have a prepaid acount with 2 lines, if that matters

No VM Messages Coming Through

A few days ago, out of the blue, my Galaxy Z Flip 4 stopped receiving VM messages.  I have tried all of the fixes listed in these posts and nothing works.  I was with T-Mobile years ago and left due to multiple issues like this, went to Sprint, only to be back here at T-Mobile facing all the same issues.I have important VM’s that I am not receiving and need a fix!

friend referral

So how do I get the $50 Visa card for referring a friend of the salesperson didn’t give me the link until after my friend was signed up with a contract?  I do the link but it tells me that he is already a customer so I can’t get the card.
