FX2000 with Static IP Address

I had a data hotspot and static IP for many years with Sprint.  I’ve been trying since June to get there on T-Mobile.  Has anyone succeeded in implementing a TM business line, an FX2000. a static IP and port forwarding?  Latest problem was the TM “business filter”.  Still having FX2000 connection problems and I’m not to the port forwarding stuff yet.Any experience out there?

Where's the airline wifi promised?

I just completed my 6th trans-Atlantic flight this year, and on NONE of them was I able to get wifi according to the confusing, inaccurate ‘instructions’ I’ve received from 611 and the web.  All were inconsistent and incorrect, for some reason.  Is this a bait and switch situation re the current offers / ads?  Going to speak with my old FTC friends from my time there.

Syncup Drive on Desktop

Hi,I have a business with a couple trucks.  I installed the drives in the vehicles and it works great with the phone app. I would like to view dashboard, map etc… on my desktop (Mac) and also my front office desktop (PC).Is there a website that log in and dashboard is available?

T-Mobile won't activate number ported in from Spectrum Business Landline

I ported my spectrum (charter) business landline on 11-9-2022, i did this at the T-Mobile store, the system wouldnt let the store employee initiate the port to change the temp number to my number, so they called into their tech department, well the port got rejected 3 times, first time the overseas T-Mobile person on the phone entered the wrong account number, second time they entered the wrong name on the account and third time they entered the wrong billing ZIP code on my Spectrum account, so the port went thru on 11-9-2022, and T-mobile kept telling me Spectrum won’t release the # to them until 11-15-2022, so i then noticed my landline was intermittent and couldnt accept incoming calls on 11-10-2022, thankfully i have multiple phone lines but this is the main one, anyways i called Spectrum and they said “T-Mobile has your number, it’s in their system, we released it to them on 11-9-2022” so today i get a call from Spectrum and they told me again T-Mobile has the number and they need

Proposal Not Honored, Salesperson MIA

Hello- I received an aggressive proposal from a T-Mobile sales rep to switch my business lines from Verizon. I was given a proposal in writing via email to pay off all of my equipment with Verizon (6 total devices), and also told that if I signed before the end of the month that I would receive my first two months free. I received a portion of the device buyout as a visa gift card, but was told that my 6th device buyout would be paid off as a credit on my bill. My sales rep eventually said that his manager approved the credits and that it would apply within a couple of weeks. It has now been 3 months since he said this, and 6 months since I began service. Now I cannot reach said rep by phone or email. Lots of emails and voicemails that do not get answered. I am missing more than $800 worth of promised, in writing credits.  How do I get this resolved? More importantly, how can I hold this rep responsible to honor what was offered. It has become more of a principle thing to me personally

Scammed out of switching credits

Checking to see if other small business in the community are being scammed out of their credits for switching services to T-Mobile.We never received our promised $4,000 in credits (yes, it is four thousand, no extra zeros, no exaggeration).Even after over 6 months - ever few weeks / billing cycle - it is surprise and shock when we have to inform T-mobile the credits did not post despite assurance someone will be watching the account closely to make sure it happens. We get hold of sales & transition team - surprise and shock…. then bumping starts - it was never one to two billing cycles it was 90 days, it was not 90 days it was sometime between 90 days to 6 months, then it is after 90 days but over course of 10 billing cycles…. we reached all the milestones NOTHING ! Now they have started splitting hairs…. when we ported-in our lines we did not keep all the old numbers, we got additional lines as part of a 10 line promotion, but the promotion for 10 new lines did not cover new activ

Trying to make sale through "My Sprint"!!!

I am very very angry about the fact I can't purchase ANYTHING through "My Sprint". It's gives me a red box claiming to have technical problems... apparently major problems considering this has happened multiple times over the past 2 years.  Everyone has to agree physically going into a Sprint/T-Mobile store is a ridiculous & time consuming process. To do anything in the retail store. Its alot easier to take are of things on "My Sprint"!!    Please help me!! I'm not paying an employee to message chat! My bill is outrageous enough. I also tried signing out/in & deleting/reinstalling  the "My Sprint " app.

5G Small Business Internet - Blocking Ports for Dialpad Phone System

We have recently discovered that either the T-Mobile 5 G Business Internet or T-Mobile's cell towers are blocking some of the following ports. We are a small business and use T-Mobile for both internet for our POS system and for our phone (through dialpad.com).  This physical handset worked for about 14 months and then a couple of weeks ago, it stopped receiving incoming calls.  We can call out, but all incoming calls do not ring the handset. We switched the Internet temporarily back to Spectrum and it worked flawlessly. T-Mobile sent us out another one of the grey nokia 5 G towers for our Internet, and we are still experiencing the same problem. Cancellation

I bought my Apple 11 on 9/21/21.  I left SF on 8/21/22 and I find that I can’t use the phone to make local calls and I am retired with limited income and I can use the $60.42 more than the phone for my financial needs.  I would like to cancel this ASAP.Thank you for your assistance.

phillipine location for t mobile

I have a question I had a business account with t mobile for 2 years but due to the terrible customer service and wrong information and account changes made without my permission all from the phillipine location for t mobile I cancelled my service , I have over 1300 dollars in credits where the phillipine tomoblie location messed my acct uo causing charges on my bills that was not my doing , I spoke with numerous supervisors at the phillipine t mobile location that stated they were fixing the issue they made it worser , I need my money that is owed to me who to I contact to get my credits which is overpayment in a refund check because I canceled the service , if I am paying for a service then I have a right to manage the service aim paying for if I have credit on my acct due to t mobile not mine I have a right to spend that money the way I want to , not the way the t mobile phillipne location thank that is best they are the worse in the world when it comes to American customer services

I am having to routinely physically power cycle the gateway every day or two because it looses connection to the internet and will not reconnect by using the web gui or using the reboot option in the gui. Is there anything I can to do mitigate this problem?

SIP number

Hello everyone,I have a business account in T-mobile ( Account #966810654, Magenta for Business). I'm currently trying to transfer one of my account numbers to a SIP number for use in a virtual PBX.On 10/14/2022, I texted the T-mobile business support with a question about how to transfer a cell number to a SIP number. The support responded to me that this option is possible. To complete the transfer, the support informed me that I should visit the  T-mobile office and finish this procedure.On 10/15/2022 I came to the T-mobile store, the number 8922 (DCA License #1340638-DCA), and described to an employee named Alan what I needed to do. As it turned out, nobody in this office does know how to make this procedure. Moreover, they did not want to communicate with the global T-mobile support regarding this issue. Business Account Setup

I cannot for the life of me get to the right person. I’m trying to get a business account setup using my EIN and get assigned an account executive. Every time I call it seems I end up speaking with a consumer retail person trying to sell me a hotspot.  I have four Peplink Max BR2 routers that I’m trying to get connected to TMobile and they don’t understand that.   Does anyone have any idea how I can reach a true business person at TMobile?FYI - this is not for a static single address connection, these units are for travel.
