Am I the only one having issues with T-Mobile receiving my payments using a bank bill pay system?
My first virtual payment the bank confirms was received by T-Mobile on 10/01 was never posted by TM.
A second duplicate ‘PAPER CHECK’ payment the bank confirms was received by TM on 10/18 was not presented to the bank by TM for payment until 10/26, 8 DAYS LATER.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. The bank uses the ACH method for payments to TM thru the Federal Reserve as is the business worlds accepted standard practice.
WHY does TM either fail to get my virtual payment or is so slow (8 DAYS) to process my banks paper check payment my US banking institution can show evidence it has sent to and was received by TM?
