I have a very busy Insurance business and right now is my busiest season. I tried an answering service for about a month where my calls were forwarded by T-Mobile to a third party answering service after a few rings. I decided not to continue with the service and go back to usual.
I have spent more than 30 hours on the phone with “Experts” and I went into the store and NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
When my number is called it says “This number is not a subscriber “. It’s like I’m closed or out of business.
This is absolutely unacceptable. How can you say T-Mobile for business and allow this problem to go on for 7 days??? Trouble Tickets:

Someone in this HUGE COMPANY HAS GOT TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME. I should not be this stressed out because of my PHONE COMPANY!!!!!!!!
