I am unable to get work alerts from my employer. I provided my company’s Help Desk/System Administrators my mobile number along with my carrier. They even attempted to have it sent to <MyPhoneNumber>@tmomail.net, but that was to no avail. I called customer service who said there are currently no blocking set on my phone line. I made a subsequent call to the Service Help Desk which also confirmed the same. I did an IMEI check and the results came back clean.
