Cannot shop online at T-mobile website

I have an T-mobile for business account. If I login the T-mobile website, I am directed to T-mobile business website, which would not allow me to do shopping online with T-mobile. If I click the “shop” menu button, I got this page:

Is this by design?

Before I posted this question online, I’ve called but could not get a hold of anybody. I’m hoping to see a difference outcome here. In general, for a business user, can I use T-mobile website to place an order for a new phone or upgrade? I could never do so and I wonder if my experience is unique.
