Hello, I am trying to activate my phone with my purchase through Samsung’s website and receive the many promotional discounts that are only active for 2 more days! I can sign in to my Tmobile account in order to link the 2. I’ve tried multiple times a day, everyday, for a week - (Losing out on a limited time deal of $250 off)! The only thing I can see that might be an issue is Samsung does not support “Business Liable Accounts”.
Does the Business Family Discount on my account (shared account with 10 lines, my line is not a part of the BFD) make the whole account Business Liable? If so, how do we fix this without losing the discount?
