Hotspot Plan Setup with Static IP Address

I’m setting up a hotspot for my business.

I bought two LTE NETGEAR LB1120 modems and set one up with a dynamic IP address. This was fairly simple.

Afterwards, I tried to configure one more hotspot with a static IP address.

I opened a business account for a static IP address Plan,

but no one's been able to help with this setup.

I have called the T-Mobile business support center so many times,

but no one knows how to set up a static IP address on my hotspot.

Whenever I restarted my hotspot device, my public IP address was changed still.

I'm guessing the issue with setup is on the T-Mobile side, not on my device.

Could anyone help me with static IP address configuration?

If not, could anyone refer me to someone who can do this setup with T-Mobile support?
