I made a purchase on a phone to pay it monthly but I wanted to get a different one I mistakenly preordered it what can I do?

You might be able to cancel the pre-order from within your my.t-mobile.com account.  If not, contact Customer Care at 611.  They can take care of that for you.

If the order has not shipped, you should be able to cancel it
