My last phone usage was in September of 2021, I went ahead and paid for October because I had a “free month” elsewhere. I went into store & closed it. Apparently he suspended it not cancelled. I got a notice in Dec. & paid for November (just to have the whole thing behind me). Now I am getting a bill March of 2022 stating $267.10 will be reported to my credit bureau. I have called customer service 3 times over an hour per call, being bounced everywhere. My hands are tied because I don’t have the phone number anymore & so can’t access it. Then I get messages stating system error. Though it is closed now (apparently confirmed by an agent, how do I truly know since I can’t access my account) And there is a lingering balance of $267.10. I am a disabled veteran dealing with severe panic attacks (also PTSD), sending me into the ER. Please any help is appreciated. PLEASE!
I tried changing my pin and keep getting an error message that really just seems like TMobile thinks Im hacking myself. (Im signed in to my account!) I am getting frustrated as I really need to make this claim and get a new phone asap. why is there no email option?
I am so confused how T-mobile can discriminate against those with medical conditions that doesn’t allow them to wear a mask. How am I to conduct business? This makes me realize that paying more for better SERVICE & better CUSTOMER SERVICE may be beneficial. My autopay was shut off. I am not receiving any text or email notifications that my bill was late. Thank goodness I looked because my checking account was over. I was UNAWARE I leasing a phone. They said they did that to get me a cheaper amount due at the time I REGRETFULLY transferred 3 lines to Tmobile. I had to purchase a junk phone at BEST BUY SHOUT OUT to them for assisting me and my ONE LUNG. This phone has an ERROR on the system and I am not able to receive texts.
I returned a device in June 25th and sent the tracking 1 month ago and tmobile still charged me, I asked a prof of delivery to UPS 1zx1392y9010466211 as MOBILE DOG GROOMING . I open many complain in chat support also in calls under request form ref # 55441983. NO BODY SOLVED THIS PROBLEM AND UPS SAID IT WAS DELIVERD AT WAREHOUSE DOCK 06/25/21 AT 11.12AM. AFTER MANY TRYS THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AFTER MANY MANY TRYS THE PERSON NAMED kYLE WHO TALKED BY CHATACCUSED ME THAT THE DEVICE RECEVEID THE EMI DONT MATCH. SO FIRST THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AND THEM HE/SHE SAID THE PHONE IS NOT THE MEI i ASKED FOR RECORD VIDEO THAT PROOF WHEN SOMENE OPEN THE PACKAGE IT WAS ANOTHER PHONE, IT VERY WEIRD MADE ACCUSATION WITHOUT PROOF. BY THE TIME PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED SUDDENLY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND MEI DON MATH. I AM SEPARATED ALL PROOF i CAN TO OPEN A CLAIM IN SMALL COURT. THE WAY TMOBILE ARE TREATMENT ME IS UNACCETABLE.
I migrated from sprint to T Mobile and when I did they offered me an $800 trade in on each of my current I Phones to get the I Phone 13. I explained that one of my phones was in the Philippines and it could take up to 3 months to get it back. They assured me it was fine. The day I received it from my fiance’ I called and asked if they were still giving me the same trade in we agreed on. The representative said it was still the agreement. So now they are telling me that I am getting $200 and when I said I declined the offer because I had until March 5th. Then I was told that they couldn’t do that because it was in the warehouse already. They have not contacted me like they said they would and every time I call I get call takers from another country and they cannot do anything. Let me know if anyone had any luck getting this type of issue resolved I have already submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Hey apparently , I was promised by t mobile rep that I will be getting 20$ off on my upgrade with no trade in , she promised me that and now they are denying me to get 20$ off ? Is this how it work t mobile? Believing her I made a purchase to gift my mom and I gifted her now T-Mobile says I have to pay in full ? what should I do when t mobile lies ?
T-Mobile - every day spam calls on your network. Why does T-Mobile mark it as ‘Spam Likely’ then allow phishing calls to leave a message and collect location information from callers? This is the entire reason why spam exists, the criminal organization can find out the location of a cell phone due to the T-Mobile leak - of data allowing them to leave a message and look at ‘where’ the location - of the cell phone is. Question: When will T-Mobile provide a free facilitation ‘setting’ to block all ‘Spam Likely’ voice mail?This seems to be something that would align with the FCC mandates. When will T-Mobile make it available to stop ‘Spam Likely’ calls from LEAVING A VOICE MAIL AND TRACKING THERI CUSTOMERS?
I was traveling in the British Virgin Islands and made many calls to the US with wifi calling and was not charged. However there are several charges to me that I made to the same people, and the bill states the calls I made were from Jamaica. I was not in Jamaica. Why?

Yesterday I went to T-Mobile and was added to my friends plan. I traded my iPhone 1160 for you right and was given an eight hour credit, that’s even better for entire bill for two months but it’s not what we asked for 30 minute thing, and my new iPhone is showing me that I haven’t even paid installment yet and has the full verse there. I have an articles about T-Mobile doing this and I will Presley correction if we do not get to the bottom of it. My phone is to me five dollars and some change every month plus $48 insurance at my service is only $20. I’m trying to set up a T-Mobile business account but the reps are saying that they can’t because my address does not come up in their database. I have a valid address that my EIN is registered to, however, the post office does not deliver mail to my house (rural) and I assume T-Mobile is using their outdated address database.Does anyone know who I need to contact who can so something?
