To whom it may concern: What are T-Mobile's thoughts on the two passages below? 1. "God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." - Genesis 1:272. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." - Genesis 2:24 Does T-Mobile, as an organization, accept or reject these passages? One passage speaks on the concept of man and woman as distinct categories of mankind, the other affirms the sanctity of man and woman in a union called marriage. As I see a YouTube ad of T-Mobile with LGBT symbols at their logo, this suggests a rejection of these two Judeo-Christian tenets. So I ask you, is that actually the case? How would you handle Jews and Christians that adhere to such beliefs? Please be honest and transparent with all your answers. I await your response. God bless.
After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use
I have an T-mobile for business account. If I login the T-mobile website, I am directed to T-mobile business website, which would not allow me to do shopping online with T-mobile. If I click the “shop” menu button, I got this page: Restricted accessWhoops, it seems that you do not have access to this page.If you think that it is an error please contact Business Team of Experts by phone at 1 (800) 375-1126 or by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone. Is this by design?
This may be difficult to explain. We have T-Mobile internet. Recently when logging into to our own server, entering the login credentials we have server access. As soon as we make a selection, within the page on said server, we are kicked back out to the login screen. Re login, the website has changed to the selection we made prior to getting kicked out. Click on anything on the page we are now in, get kicked out back to login screen. ON another website, not related to us, login on the login screen, then select a link, immediately kicked back out to login in screen. Can’t navigate websites that require a login as we are kicked back out to login after successfully logging in. Tried CHROME, Edge, Firefox on Win10 and Win7 same issues. Checked our firewall, not blocking anything. Reset T-Mobile access point, same issue. Huges Net, AT&T and Frontier Internet work fine on all websites mentioned above.TMOBILE support after on the phone with them for over an hour, didn’t have a c
I’m an IT person for our company, and we have a person calling the numbers of our employees;We know its option to block the numbers by giving them instructions, but we wanted to accommodate for people who might not be tech savvy, or for the occasion that we need to do this again. Wanted to know if there was a way to block a number for 100 numbers under our account?
I need to know if my phone has a u connect on it. My jeep has u connect. My phone needs to have u connect. I down loaded the app and it doesn’t seem to be working , I don’t understand it.It say’s to put in your password I forgot it, I have been waiting two hours for it to send me my reset for a new password. Tmobile why do you not have an email address ppl can contact you with ?? the tmobile site app won’t accept outside email as that would not give them full access to do whatever they want to your emails messages ETC. Why do your experts( that you make ppl contact you with (RIGHT) repeatedly ignore a request to speak to someone who is actually educated with your businesses operations. SUPERVISOR . Not happening. but 1 of 2000 experts answering the phone they give you to help and nothing ever does get past these techs that are programmed in appologies and excuses. ? Why won’t a supervisor ever return calling a customer even though several requests get made? Why is all the info in confirmation saying to contact us or link to this all send you to a page unnavailable ?
Im the owner of the account and i cant even see any details because it says i dont have permission. They been charging me more and more since March and my phone has been hacked no one time but 3 times. I regret having Tmobile and they are not available to help in the store.

Since T-Mobile doesn’t have Customer Relations email or way to connect with them, I am posting my story here.I have been with T-Mobile 17 years, starting with one line and go into multi-line family plan. Recently, I have decided to switch Business plan and add 2 more lines. T-Mobile doesn’t have ability to setup plan online if using company tax id, I had to go through Sales Rep. After talking to rep, I expressed my desire to get a 5 line Business plan, but transfer 3 phone numbers from my current personal plan. I also said that I am looking for a specific offer online ($36/line for 5 lines). Rep explained course of actions as setting up business account with one line and transferring over rest of lines once account is activated. Getting SIM card and activating account took less than 24 hours and next day I called Experts (as suggested by Rep) to do the rest of the process. I have repeated my intentions and even walked Expert through T-Mobile Business website to confirm the prices. It t
Hi, we provide online tutoring services, and before any client enrolls, they need to see the free trial and go through an orientation process. However, I recently noticed that T-mobile clients could not receive any message containing links to our website. The issue extends to Simple Mobile users as well. We were told that we need to be a T-Mobile customer to receive support on this issue. We purchased a line and confirmed that the message was not received even if the line had no blocks/filters. I have confirmed that Verizon and AT&T clients can receive the messages without any issues. And I also confirmed with our current provider that the messages are being sent and they show no error codes on their end. On T-mobile, any other message is received. I have also tested with links to other websites, and they are received without any issues. I spoke to the web developers, and they are willing to work on any updates necessary, but we are not clear on the restrictions we need to comply w
I switched 3 lines from Verizon/ATT to T Mobile. At the time of switching, there was a promotion of trading in an old iPhone with around 530 bill credits plus the trade-in value. I traded in my old iPhone 7 Plus which had a scratch. I selected that option and my trade-in value went down from 200 (or maybe it was more dont remember) to 34 dollars but the promotion went through. I traded in my working iPhone 7 plus for 34 dollars since I was getting the promotion of 530 bill credits. Everything went through and I switched to T mobile. In the first 2 months, I received the 34 dollar credit for trade-in and 2 monthly credits as well. Now this month I was informed that my promotion was canceled because the phone had a scratch.
