We are creating a proposal to provide mobile data access to all of the students in a school. They have school-issued laptops with 4G capabilities. We need an unlimited data plan, so they can use data on those laptops. There are 300+ students. We were thinking it could be treated as a business plan with 300+ employees. Any estimates on cost?
Noticed my bill had 33$ per month extra on it...since January. These charges were for services like car tunes, which I never asked for. Unbelievable. After hours of speaking to people in Malaysia...none who actually helped, they just apologized a lot! No refund. Also was offered a discount but when checked my bill, it’s not there. Why does this company suck so much?? And why don’t they give a credit to busy people who have wasted hours of their time speaking to agents who cannot or are unable to help? Why should we stay with this company? Verizon has better plans, speeds and coverage. Testing them out this month 😊
I`m a 6+ years business customer with 4 lines + 1 data and I`m trying to get the promotion BOGO iPhone 13 Pro + 800$ off for the second when you add a line... but seems impossible. Last week I spent 3 store visits and 7 calls (1 hour wait for each call) and every single T-Mobile Expert tells me something different:1. Store: You have to order online because we cant add a line in the store;2. Call: You have to order in the store because we cant ship your iPhone 13 Pro to your house do a COVID restriction in Florida (that was very creative) and the store will be able to receive your phone and you can pickup at the store; (2 days to receive a call back from a supervisor telling me that)3. Store: We cant receive your phone in the store bc all pre-order are sent to customer`s home, but unfortunately you need to change your plan to take advantage of the promotion. Its the EXACTLY same plan but with a new name, but rates and features are the same! We’ll schedule the change for October 15th whe
they will not allows me to change my pre arrangements. Not even giving us 14 days to make our payment they turn the phone off the next day with out informing u. And even thought i paid this amount cause i didn’t have the rest. They are not carematic at all about the customers issues at all they keep saying the same thing of empathy “ i do apologize “ but you not resolving my issue at all so this policy needs to be changeand updated training for the agent to have better customer service
I have campaigns registered to verified Brands. SMS messages sent to numbers attached to those campaigns are blocked by T mobile. It just replies with a Sorry, this service is unavailable. If I remove the campaign it works fine. Tmobile is the only company where this issue is happening. The Campaign and Brand are both approved by Tmobile.
I have been a T-mobile loyal customer for almost 3 years now (20 or so days to go) I wanted to add a new line, switch to magenta max and upgrade phones. I was looking at the Fold 3 and was told that my trade in allowance would be $1000.00 towards the phone by switching to Magenta max. After being on the phone for over an 1 1/2 I was told that a deposit of $1040.00 would have to be paid in order to get the phone! I have close to 800 credit and almost 3 years of no late payments to T-mobile. So a phone that's $1800.00-$1000.00 trade in allowance justifies a $1040.00 deposit? If this is how they treat a longtime loyal customer then they can keep this service.
I switched 3 lines from Verizon/ATT to T Mobile. At the time of switching, there was a promotion of trading in an old iPhone with around 530 bill credits plus the trade-in value. I traded in my old iPhone 7 Plus which had a scratch. I selected that option and my trade-in value went down from 200 (or maybe it was more dont remember) to 34 dollars but the promotion went through. I traded in my working iPhone 7 plus for 34 dollars since I was getting the promotion of 530 bill credits. Everything went through and I switched to T mobile. In the first 2 months, I received the 34 dollar credit for trade-in and 2 monthly credits as well. Now this month I was informed that my promotion was canceled because the phone had a scratch. I called the service and they said that well phone needed to be in good condition and it was mentioned somewhere in the terms and conditions.I said to them if that was a condition then why did the promotion go through in the first place? I returned a device in June 25th and sent the tracking 1 month ago and tmobile still charged me, I asked a prof of delivery to UPS 1zx1392y9010466211 as MOBILE DOG GROOMING . I open many complain in chat support also in calls under request form ref # 55441983. NO BODY SOLVED THIS PROBLEM AND UPS SAID IT WAS DELIVERD AT WAREHOUSE DOCK 06/25/21 AT 11.12AM. AFTER MANY TRYS THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AFTER MANY MANY TRYS THE PERSON NAMED kYLE WHO TALKED BY CHATACCUSED ME THAT THE DEVICE RECEVEID THE EMI DONT MATCH. SO FIRST THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AND THEM HE/SHE SAID THE PHONE IS NOT THE MEI i ASKED FOR RECORD VIDEO THAT PROOF WHEN SOMENE OPEN THE PACKAGE IT WAS ANOTHER PHONE, IT VERY WEIRD MADE ACCUSATION WITHOUT PROOF. BY THE TIME PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED SUDDENLY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND MEI DON MATH. I AM SEPARATED ALL PROOF i CAN TO OPEN A CLAIM IN SMALL COURT. THE WAY TMOBILE ARE TREATMENT ME IS UNACCETABLE.
On my company we are using Twilio services to sent messages to our customers using a 10 DLC number. We know the A2P 10 DLC registration deadline to prevent being blocked by T-Mobile was Oct 1st but then it was postponed, then we weren’t notified of the new deadline. However, since last week our messages haven’t been received by T-Mobile users. We believe they are being blocked by T-Mobile but we are not receiving any error message from Twilio nor from this Carrier. Our A2P 10 DLC registration is on process, on the meantime, we would like to understand if our messages are being blocked due to the 10DLC registration or if it is due to another issue isolated to this carrier.
After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro max and when I ordered it was on back order. that was on December 11th, I also order AirPods generation 2 that are on backorder as well.It’s now the 13th and I checked on T-mobile website and it said the phone I had ordered (iPhone 13 pro max 256 GB) wasn’t in backorder and could ship in three days. I would like to know if the items in my package will ship as they're made available, or will I have to wait till the AirPods to receive my phone?
I used to be able to see (and buy) solutions from https://iotmarketplace.t-mobile.com/ but this just redirects to the business site, the IoT solutions look like they are buried in the solutions drop down now, and I have to go through a “Contact us” process to actually buy IoT. Why is this?
I have six business locations with Automated equipment. When there is a problem the equipment will send a message through its internal e-mail server, over my Broadband network, to my cell at (email@example.com). For weeks everything was working. Then one location went silent, even though the system log showed messages were sent. Then the other five locations went silent. I am so confused how T-mobile can discriminate against those with medical conditions that doesn’t allow them to wear a mask. How am I to conduct business? This makes me realize that paying more for better SERVICE & better CUSTOMER SERVICE may be beneficial. My autopay was shut off. I am not receiving any text or email notifications that my bill was late. Thank goodness I looked because my checking account was over. I was UNAWARE I leasing a phone. They said they did that to get me a cheaper amount due at the time I REGRETFULLY transferred 3 lines to Tmobile. I had to purchase a junk phone at BEST BUY SHOUT OUT to them for assisting me and my ONE LUNG. This phone has an ERROR on the system and I am not able to receive texts.
Hi, we provide online tutoring services, and before any client enrolls, they need to see the free trial and go through an orientation process. However, I recently noticed that T-mobile clients could not receive any message containing links to our website. The issue extends to Simple Mobile users as well. We were told that we need to be a T-Mobile customer to receive support on this issue. We purchased a line and confirmed that the message was not received even if the line had no blocks/filters. I have confirmed that Verizon and AT&T clients can receive the messages without any issues. And I also confirmed with our current provider that the messages are being sent and they show no error codes on their end. On T-mobile, any other message is received. I have also tested with links to other websites, and they are received without any issues. I spoke to the web developers, and they are willing to work on any updates necessary, but we are not clear on the restrictions we need to comply w
