Tmobile does not understand vocabulary.

Requiring you to trade-in a device and upgrade a plan is a double whammy, NOTHING is on you. Can T-Mobile learn some vocabularies before using it???

Why is my trade-in value. not showing saying that I owe full price on the phone. they already verified my $800 credit and gave me my new phone

Yesterday I went to T-Mobile and was added to my friends plan. I traded my iPhone 1160 for you right and was given an eight hour credit, that’s even better for entire bill for two months but it’s not what we asked for 30 minute thing, and my new iPhone is showing me that I haven’t even paid installment yet and has the full verse there. I have an articles about T-Mobile doing this and I will Presley correction if we do not get to the bottom of it. My phone is to me five dollars and some change every month plus $48 insurance at my service is only $20. Maybe 30 tomorrow I would like to six probably before and up keeping the phone and getting it unlocked since my money was basically stolen and put towards something that I did not say/was even asked if that’s what I wanted to be done with it. The weird part is that it is showing credit on the bill I was assuming that was left over but my phone whichever 50 times was covered except for the five dollars and some change a month asked me to kno

After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?

Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use

How To Set up a Business Account When the Address is not in T-Mobile's Databse

I’m trying to set up a T-Mobile business account but the reps are saying that they can’t because my address does not come up in their database. I have a valid address that my EIN is registered to, however, the post office does not deliver mail to my house (rural) and I assume T-Mobile is using their outdated address database.Does anyone know who I need to contact who can so something?

Can someone please help white list Curbfeed.com? We are sending text notifications with links in it that are getting block by TMobile only.

Can some please review Curbfeed.com? AT&T and Verizon is not blocking notifications but TMobile is. This is a real estate company sending property alerts to prospects and agents. There is a link in message that allows them to see the full property listing. Can you please help get this filter removed from Curbfeed.com.

Better business reporting on the website

The business website needs work and in my 1.5 years with a 40+ line business account I have seen zero improvement.It took several months just to get access to my business account online but once I did I noticed the functionality is nowhere near ATT or Vz.I can’t even run a simple report that lists which model phone my users have. A lot of users show phone models I’ve never heard of and there is no way for me to enter the proper IMEI and correct it without calling in or contacting my dedicated rep.When I filter the lines and I go into a record, the filter is erased when I go back to the list making me setup the filters again. It makes for a horrible workflow.The business portal page needs help and I’d love to know if there are plans to improve it and if so what is the timeline? I can’t spend time on the phone doing simple tasks that I should be able to do on my own.

Virtual number that moves physical service between phones for work on-call rotation

Hello, I’m looking for a specialized phone service for a work team. My team has an on-call phone which we are trying to replace with a virtual on-call phone. For those who don’t know what an on-call does, one team member is always available to be a first-responder when something breaks and needs to be fixed or patched in some way. We share a phone and pass it off between members, so there’s a new person doing the on-call every week. We are hoping to hire people to work remotely for this job in various locations, and in order to do that, we need a number that can be easily transferred to a new physical host (phone) on a weekly basis.In more technical terms, we need a cell service that moves between multiple phones depending on which one logs into the virtual phone service. The way this would likely be implemented on the back-end by T-Mobile would be to have several SIMS registered in their database, but they change which SIM is active when a device logs in. Network and server monitoring messages sent to Ph#@tmomail.net from our servers are being filtered by d79033b.ess.barracudanetworks.com which gives a dsn of 2.0.0 and status=sent (250 OK (Allowed)) but they frequently don’t get delivered to our phones. SPF records are valid for the domain. How do I get mail servers, domains or IPs white listed? This started as soon as we switched over to T-Mobile from Sprint’s messaging.sprintpcs.com. This critical to our business. Support requests so far want us to hard reset all of the new phones. Really?Thanks for any suggestions that can help resolve this issue.

How to return a faulty REVVL 5G ?

I bought a new REVVL 5G for an employee which after 2 weeks began to freeze. T-mobile clients are not receiving any text message containing the link to our website.

Hi, we provide online tutoring services, and before any client enrolls, they need to see the free trial and go through an orientation process. However, I recently noticed that T-mobile clients could not receive any message containing links to our website. The issue extends to Simple Mobile users as well. We were told that we need to be a T-Mobile customer to receive support on this issue. We purchased a line and confirmed that the message was not received even if the line had no blocks/filters. I have confirmed that Verizon and AT&T clients can receive the messages without any issues. And I also confirmed with our current provider that the messages are being sent and they show no error codes on their end. On T-mobile, any other message is received. I have also tested with links to other websites, and they are received without any issues. I spoke to the web developers, and they are willing to work on any updates necessary, but we are not clear on the restrictions we need to comply w

Will my order ship as the items I order become available

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro max and when I ordered it was on back order. that was on December 11th, I also order AirPods generation 2 that are on backorder as well.It’s now the 13th and I checked on T-mobile website and it said the phone I had ordered (iPhone 13 pro max 256 GB) wasn’t in backorder and could ship in three days. I would like to know if the items in my package will ship as they're made available, or will I have to wait till the AirPods to receive my phone?

t mobile email to text sms not working

I have six business locations with Automated equipment. When there is a problem the equipment will send a message through its internal e-mail server, over my Broadband network, to my cell at (xxx-xxx-xxxx@tmomail.net). For weeks everything was working. Then one location went silent, even though the system log showed messages were sent. Then the other five locations went silent. This process is very important to my business operations, and I am looking for help.

T-Mobile blocking unregistered traffic 10 DLC

On my company we are using Twilio services to sent messages to our customers using a 10 DLC number. We know the A2P 10 DLC registration deadline to prevent being blocked by T-Mobile was Oct 1st but then it was postponed, then we weren’t notified of the new deadline. However, since last week our messages haven’t been received by T-Mobile users. We believe they are being blocked by T-Mobile but we are not receiving any error message from Twilio nor from this Carrier. Our A2P 10 DLC registration is on process, on the meantime, we would like to understand if our messages are being blocked due to the 10DLC registration or if it is due to another issue isolated to this carrier.
