Been a long time business client, 7+ years and currently looking to switch carriers. Back in November had an issue with a promotion and supervisor agreed to credit my account $300 on early July. It's now been 8 times of contacting TMobile customer service to see why my account hasn't been credited. Each time I waste at minimum an hour to hour and a half explaining the same thing to each person with promises to resolve the issue and promptly credit my account. To date it STILL has not been done. I've charged TMobile additional fees for inconvenience to be credited as well and still waiting on those too. I've spoken to 4 supervisors and 5 customer service reps. ...at what point is TMobile actually going to do what they say they will? I run a business and my time is valuable as well. Every time I'm tied up with them I'm losing money and I'm waiting for TMobile to honor the credits. Truly disgusted at the lack of follow through and total disregard for my time.

Service is what you pay for. Now let's get down to the issue. I traded in two of my phones coming over from Verizon to T-Mobile to give them a try with the unlimited Magenta plan for three phones. When I traded two of my phones in at this location (one I did in St.Cloud,MN) I was never given a trade in credit for one of my phone lines. 6 MONTHS LATER, I have been fighting to get my credit applied. Every single month I reach out to rectify the situation and nothing . Every month I spend over an hour of my personal time but to no end. I go to the St.Cloud store, where I live and they find the problem with my credit instantly yet the Willmar store WILL NOT APPLY THE DAMN CREDIT. Absolutely horrible as the credit is huge at the time I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. If I was any potential future customer who lives out in Willmar, MN or plans to stop by this store, AVOID! I ordered an iPhone 13 pro max and when I ordered it was on back order. that was on December 11th, I also order AirPods generation 2 that are on backorder as well.It’s now the 13th and I checked on T-mobile website and it said the phone I had ordered (iPhone 13 pro max 256 GB) wasn’t in backorder and could ship in three days. I would like to know if the items in my package will ship as they're made available, or will I have to wait till the AirPods to receive my phone?
Hey apparently , I was promised by t mobile rep that I will be getting 20$ off on my upgrade with no trade in , she promised me that and now they are denying me to get 20$ off ? So the a50 released for us almost a week ago, there's gem unlocked versions on amazon other websites but still cant find any information about whether it has T-Mobile bands. I used to be able to see (and buy) solutions from https://iotmarketplace.t-mobile.com/ but this just redirects to the business site, the IoT solutions look like they are buried in the solutions drop down now, and I have to go through a “Contact us” process to actually buy IoT. Why is this?
I have been a T-mobile loyal customer for almost 3 years now (20 or so days to go) I wanted to add a new line, switch to magenta max and upgrade phones. I was looking at the Fold 3 and was told that my trade in allowance would be $1000.00 towards the phone by switching to Magenta max. After being on the phone for over an 1 1/2 I was told that a deposit of $1040.00 would have to be paid in order to get the phone! I have close to 800 credit and almost 3 years of no late payments to T-mobile. So a phone that's $1800.00-$1000.00 trade in allowance justifies a $1040.00 deposit? If this is how they treat a longtime loyal customer then they can keep this service.
I bought an LG v60 brand new and it is an ATT unlocked device. Since putting my Sim into the v60 I have texting and 5g data that is flawless. I Cannot make or receive calls, though! In some areas my phone will switch to 4g, then my phone will somewhat make calls. I have talked with the experts, in store, online and over the phone. They gave me a new sim, the device is registered correctly and still no calls.. They opened a ticket yesterday, called me today and we are still in the same position. Now a new ticket was opened and I am still waiting to see if they can solve the issue! The store associate in town had me call ATT which seemed off but I did and they were NO HELP at all! I must say, going in store was most frustrating, it seemed they didnt even care about my issue. Though they did replace my Sim after I mentioned it a couple times, they never called or contacted anyone for help and told me to go to ATT for help?!?! I have campaigns registered to verified Brands. SMS messages sent to numbers attached to those campaigns are blocked by T mobile. It just replies with a Sorry, this service is unavailable. If I remove the campaign it works fine. Tmobile is the only company where this issue is happening. The Campaign and Brand are both approved by Tmobile.
I have a very busy Insurance business and right now is my busiest season. I tried an answering service for about a month where my calls were forwarded by T-Mobile to a third party answering service after a few rings. I decided not to continue with the service and go back to usual. I have spent more than 30 hours on the phone with “Experts” and I went into the store and NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. When my number is called it says “This number is not a subscriber “. It’s like I’m closed or out of business. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can you say T-Mobile for business and allow this problem to go on for 7 days??? Trouble Tickets: Trouble Ticket # 38029885, 38050328, 38069828, 57502735, 38088031. Someone in this HUGE COMPANY HAS GOT TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME. I should not be this stressed out because of my PHONE COMPANY!!!!!!!!
I`m a 6+ years business customer with 4 lines + 1 data and I`m trying to get the promotion BOGO iPhone 13 Pro + 800$ off for the second when you add a line... but seems impossible. Last week I spent 3 store visits and 7 calls (1 hour wait for each call) and every single T-Mobile Expert tells me something different:1. Store: You have to order online because we cant add a line in the store;2. Call: You have to order in the store because we cant ship your iPhone 13 Pro to your house do a COVID restriction in Florida (that was very creative) and the store will be able to receive your phone and you can pickup at the store; (2 days to receive a call back from a supervisor telling me that)3. Store: We cant receive your phone in the store bc all pre-order are sent to customer`s home, but unfortunately you need to change your plan to take advantage of the promotion.
