Am I the only one having issues with T-Mobile receiving my payments using a bank bill pay system?My first virtual payment the bank confirms was received by T-Mobile on 10/01 was never posted by TM.A second duplicate ‘PAPER CHECK’ payment the bank confirms was received by TM on 10/18 was not presented to the bank by TM for payment until 10/26, 8 DAYS LATER.This is not the first time this has happened to me. The bank uses the ACH method for payments to TM thru the Federal Reserve as is the business worlds accepted standard practice.WHY does TM either fail to get my virtual payment or is so slow (8 DAYS) to process my banks paper check payment my US banking institution can show evidence it has sent to and was received by TM?

My cell stopped working and is still under warranty. Why was the replacement device, sent by T Mobile, to a store that’s closed and then, sent back to T mobile instead to another local store? Now I have to wait all over again to receive the replacement device and constantly losing work related money as I wait. Seems to me that T mobile should have been in knowledge of a closed store that belongs to T Mobile.
Service is what you pay for. Now let's get down to the issue. I traded in two of my phones coming over from Verizon to T-Mobile to give them a try with the unlimited Magenta plan for three phones. When I traded two of my phones in at this location (one I did in St.Cloud,MN) I was never given a trade in credit for one of my phone lines. 6 MONTHS LATER, I have been fighting to get my credit applied. Every single month I reach out to rectify the situation and nothing . Every month I spend over an hour of my personal time but to no end. I go to the St.Cloud store, where I live and they find the problem with my credit instantly yet the Willmar store WILL NOT APPLY THE DAMN CREDIT. Absolutely horrible as the credit is huge at the time I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. If I was any potential future customer who lives out in Willmar, MN or plans to stop by this store, AVOID! My estimated delivery date was August 24th, 2021. It’s now October 1st and I still have yet to receive my phone. The latest they said would be August 27th. But since that date has come and gone, UPS has just had a “check back tomorrow” on my delivery status. I haven’t been able to get help from them at all! What should I do?
I have campaigns registered to verified Brands. SMS messages sent to numbers attached to those campaigns are blocked by T mobile. It just replies with a Sorry, this service is unavailable. If I remove the campaign it works fine. Tmobile is the only company where this issue is happening. The Campaign and Brand are both approved by Tmobile.

I have been a T-mobile loyal customer for almost 3 years now (20 or so days to go) I wanted to add a new line, switch to magenta max and upgrade phones. I was looking at the Fold 3 and was told that my trade in allowance would be $1000.00 towards the phone by switching to Magenta max. After being on the phone for over an 1 1/2 I was told that a deposit of $1040.00 would have to be paid in order to get the phone! I have close to 800 credit and almost 3 years of no late payments to T-mobile. So a phone that's $1800.00-$1000.00 trade in allowance justifies a $1040.00 deposit? If this is how they treat a longtime loyal customer then they can keep this service.
I`m a 6+ years business customer with 4 lines + 1 data and I`m trying to get the promotion BOGO iPhone 13 Pro + 800$ off for the second when you add a line... but seems impossible. Last week I spent 3 store visits and 7 calls (1 hour wait for each call) and every single T-Mobile Expert tells me something different:1. Store: You have to order online because we cant add a line in the store;2. Call: You have to order in the store because we cant ship your iPhone 13 Pro to your house do a COVID restriction in Florida (that was very creative) and the store will be able to receive your phone and you can pickup at the store; (2 days to receive a call back from a supervisor telling me that)3. Store: We cant receive your phone in the store bc all pre-order are sent to customer`s home, but unfortunately you need to change your plan to take advantage of the promotion. Its the EXACTLY same plan but with a new name, but rates and features are the same! We’ll schedule the change for October 15th whe
I arrive mid september from Australia and need to keep my Australian number but want a T-Mobile plan also. Was looking at the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra but it only has one sim slot and eSim? I think.Does anyone know if I can use the esim for the t-mobile plan while keeping the actual sim slot for the Australian simcard? I read somewhere that the actual sim card may need to be the local t-mobile sim to allow the phone to access 5G?
I have been with T-mobile for 18 years! My longest commitment to anything thus far in my life!I have been a business customer now for 7 years and could not be more disappointed in T-mobile service. I called T-mobile as I would like to add a line (4th line) and upgrade the phone on the 3rd line. There is a buy one get one free Iphone 12 right now however, I am looking for a less expensive option for the buy one get one free offer and T-mobile has no option for me. I am actually looking to save Tmobile money by asking them to do a buy one get one deal on a less expensive option than what they are offering right nowVerizon will pay off the 2 Iphones that I am currently paying for and give me 4 new Iphone 12.I am saddened that I have been dedicated to T-mobile for this long and they are willing to let my loyalty go so easy!What happened to customer service???
