Was part of the Beta digits program then tmobile offered oneplus@work customers free digit numbers same with the oneplus. Well now my account has been changed without my approval and lost my GoDaddy and being charged full amount for digits. And to top it off I wait on hold for 45 minutes or more. Agents promise to call me back, never do then they close out the case. I have been a business customer for 14 years and and a non bus. 4 years prior to that. I never had these issues until the last 2 years. I have at least 100 hours of time on the phone being promised and then never fulfilled. I spent so much time away from my business that I should be getting paid by tmobile for never taking ownership. It doesn't take that long to listen to a call record. They just play stupid. How did they get on top on JD Oh and I still have yet to be able to take control of my account like I did online.

I have just switched to T-Mobile, and set up a multi line business account with Magenta Plus for Business.One of the reasons I made the switch is because we do a lot of international travel, and I was interested in the Global Plus 15GB plan on some of the lines.https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39110Now that I am set up, I tried to add this plan to one of my lines. The rep seemed very confused, and kept adding and deleting the one time 15GB data pass instead, this one:https://www.t-mobile.com/customers/data-passEventually, I was told that the Global Plus 15GB monthly plan can’t be added to Business lines. I could only add monthly data passes.Is this correct?If yes, does anybody know if the monthly 15GB pass also includes Stateside International Talk and Text? Because a major part of my use is calling from the USA to international, and so if the data pass does not include this, I’m losing a lot of value.Also, what exactly are the advantages of having a business line vs a per
I have business account with TMobile and and requested to unlock iPhone and rep told me it will take more 72 hours. This is just crazy. All other carriers can unlock your iPhones in just few hours. This is just unacceptable specially when you need to use your phone in foreign country for work. TMobile should have different process for business users at least. Very very disappointed as I am already in foreign country. I called the one month ago and rep told me to call back when trip is near. They should have process unlock request at that time so that I could use my phone when I needed most. Just completely dissatisfied with the process as a business user.
We signed up for a new business account and added one line about 4 weeks ago to try out the service. Tried to signup to my T-mobile and have never been able to login. I have called several times and demonstrated the issue and they are still researching it. Trouble ticket number is 29928166. The issue is every time we try to login we get the attached. Certainly this cannot be the issue for close to a month and there must be something wrong with the account. The app also provides a similar message. Anybody from t-mobile support here who can help before we give up?
One of my lines have had this issue for a few years and now that I'm abroad for a few weeks, I want to get to the bottom of this. I brought 2 SIM cards and 2 phones with me, anticipating one of them will not have data:Simple Choice Business account. Except for 1 line, all lines in the account can get international data,1 Line cannot get International Data roaming at all. When abroad, "Welcome to Country! Your plan gives you unlmited data at up to 2G speeds..." Noticed my bill had 33$ per month extra on it...since January. These charges were for services like car tunes, which I never asked for. Unbelievable. After hours of speaking to people in Malaysia...none who actually helped, they just apologized a lot! No refund. Also was offered a discount but when checked my bill, it’s not there. Why does this company suck so much?? And why don’t they give a credit to busy people who have wasted hours of their time speaking to agents who cannot or are unable to help? Why should we stay with this company? Verizon has better plans, speeds and coverage. Testing them out this month 😊

they will not allows me to change my pre arrangements. Not even giving us 14 days to make our payment they turn the phone off the next day with out informing u. And even thought i paid this amount cause i didn’t have the rest. They are not carematic at all about the customers issues at all they keep saying the same thing of empathy “ i do apologize “ but you not resolving my issue at all so this policy needs to be changeand updated training for the agent to have better customer service
We are creating a proposal to provide mobile data access to all of the students in a school. They have school-issued laptops with 4G capabilities. We need an unlimited data plan, so they can use data on those laptops. There are 300+ students. We were thinking it could be treated as a business plan with 300+ employees. Any estimates on cost?
How soon before I can add the global plus one feature to my business account?I don’t want to convert all my business lines over to a consumer account just to add this feature. I have a strong use for it and would like to give my money to T-mobile to add global plus to my business account.
