I have an T-mobile for business account. If I login the T-mobile website, I am directed to T-mobile business website, which would not allow me to do shopping online with T-mobile. If I click the “shop” menu button, I got this page: Restricted accessWhoops, it seems that you do not have access to this page.If you think that it is an error please contact Business Team of Experts by phone at 1 (800) 375-1126 or by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone. Is this by design?
Hello,I’m setting up a hotspot for my business.I bought two LTE NETGEAR LB1120 modems and set one up with a dynamic IP address. This was fairly simple.Afterwards, I tried to configure one more hotspot with a static IP address.I opened a business account for a static IP address Plan, but no one's been able to help with this setup.I have called the T-Mobile business support center so many times, but no one knows how to set up a static IP address on my hotspot.Whenever I restarted my hotspot device, my public IP address was changed still.I'm guessing the issue with setup is on the T-Mobile side, not on my device.Could anyone help me with static IP address configuration? If not, could anyone refer me to someone who can do this setup with T-Mobile support?Direct messages are welcome.Thank you in advance.
I switched 3 lines from Verizon/ATT to T Mobile. At the time of switching, there was a promotion of trading in an old iPhone with around 530 bill credits plus the trade-in value. I traded in my old iPhone 7 Plus which had a scratch. I selected that option and my trade-in value went down from 200 (or maybe it was more dont remember) to 34 dollars but the promotion went through. I traded in my working iPhone 7 plus for 34 dollars since I was getting the promotion of 530 bill credits. Everything went through and I switched to T mobile. In the first 2 months, I received the 34 dollar credit for trade-in and 2 monthly credits as well. Now this month I was informed that my promotion was canceled because the phone had a scratch. I called the service and they said that well phone needed to be in good condition and it was mentioned somewhere in the terms and conditions.I said to them if that was a condition then why did the promotion go through in the first place? I informed them about the scra
Was part of the Beta digits program then tmobile offered oneplus@work customers free digit numbers same with the oneplus. Well now my account has been changed without my approval and lost my GoDaddy and being charged full amount for digits. And to top it off I wait on hold for 45 minutes or more. Agents promise to call me back, never do then they close out the case. I have been a business customer for 14 years and and a non bus. 4 years prior to that. I never had these issues until the last 2 years. I have at least 100 hours of time on the phone being promised and then never fulfilled. I spent so much time away from my business that I should be getting paid by tmobile for never taking ownership. It doesn't take that long to listen to a call record. They just play stupid. How did they get on top on JD Oh and I still have yet to be able to take control of my account like I did online.

Hi all. I have just switched to T-Mobile, and set up a multi line business account with Magenta Plus for Business. One of the reasons I made the switch is because we do a lot of international travel, and I was interested in the Global Plus 15GB plan on some of the lines.https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39110Now that I am set up, I tried to add this plan to one of my lines. The rep seemed very confused, and kept adding and deleting the one time 15GB data pass instead, this one:https://www.t-mobile.com/customers/data-passEventually, I was told that the Global Plus 15GB monthly plan can’t be added to Business lines. I could only add monthly data passes. Is this correct? If yes, does anybody know if the monthly 15GB pass also includes Stateside International Talk and Text? Because a major part of my use is calling from the USA to international, and so if the data pass does not include this, I’m losing a lot of value. Also, what exactly are the advantages of having a business line vs a per
I have business account with TMobile and and requested to unlock iPhone and rep told me it will take more 72 hours. This is just crazy. All other carriers can unlock your iPhones in just few hours. This is just unacceptable specially when you need to use your phone in foreign country for work. TMobile should have different process for business users at least. Very very disappointed as I am already in foreign country. I called the one month ago and rep told me to call back when trip is near. They should have process unlock request at that time so that I could use my phone when I needed most. Just completely dissatisfied with the process as a business user.
One of my lines have had this issue for a few years and now that I'm abroad for a few weeks, I want to get to the bottom of this. I brought 2 SIM cards and 2 phones with me, anticipating one of them will not have data:Simple Choice Business account. Except for 1 line, all lines in the account can get international data,1 Line cannot get International Data roaming at all. When abroad, "Welcome to Country! Your plan gives you unlmited data at up to 2G speeds..." SMS is received, but data doesn't work but voice and text work fine.No international block on the line,Not a phone configuration issue; not an APN/roaming/network settings issue:Swapping another line's SIM into the very same phone provides that phone international data; everything works with the other SIMPutting the problem line's SIM back into the phone brings back the issueAccount has had this issue with a previous phone; swapping another line's SIM also fixed the issuePutting the problem line's SIM on a second phone doesn't r
