So I ordered an iphone 13 pro max on July 19, 2022, paid 15$ extra to get it shipped the next day but havent received it until now August 26, 2022. So I cancelled it after 2 weeks (around August 5,2022) and tmobile said they will refund my money so I DECIDED TO BUY ONE IN STORE. Now, UPS said that my online order was lost, BUT TMOBILE HAVEN’T REFUNDED MY MONEY YET CUZ “ITS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION”. Like seriously? Is it my fault that the carrier lost my phone? Now its already been a month, havent get my refund yet AND YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE OF THAT PHONE THAT I NEVER GET? SERIOUSLY THOUGH?
