Poor service, dropped calls, no hot spot, one bar at the office

Our company has been a Sprint customer since 2011. As of the merger of TMobile and Sprint our phones no longer are reliable. Employees in the field have lost their hot spots, have either no service or only one bar. Something we never experienced before the merger.

All phones and cellular data have been reset by TMobile. We have spent several hours with TMobile and have exhausted support. We were told towers are down and have not yet been restored.

We are now using landlines and wifi to communicate.

Clearly the process was not properly tested before going live.

 We would appreciate to hear what other businesses are doing.
