On my company we are using Twilio services to sent messages to our customers using a 10 DLC number.
We know the A2P 10 DLC registration deadline to prevent being blocked by T-Mobile was Oct 1st but then it was postponed, then we weren’t notified of the new deadline. However, since last week our messages haven’t been received by T-Mobile users. We believe they are being blocked by T-Mobile but we are not receiving any error message from Twilio nor from this Carrier.
Our A2P 10 DLC registration is on process, on the meantime, we would like to understand if our messages are being blocked due to the 10DLC registration or if it is due to another issue isolated to this carrier.
