so I was switching my business Wireless to Tmobile I have 10 lines. I figured i would try to testdrive to see how service was. I received the test drive hotspot and the IMEI i have was a bad batch and is stuck in roaming . Now they are saying they can not send me out a new one to try because of a address issue. Id just like to say That is horrible customer service and a great way to show you dont want customers.I have also been calling for 3 weeks trying to resolve this and they kept asking for my number and saying they would call me back and yet to receive a call.
