Hello!
I need one competent person who understands basic english language and can switch my plan to T-Mobile Business Unlimited Ultimate ($160 for 4 lines with autopay). Its right off T-Mobile website. See screenshot. I called multiple times and all I got was “credit” where on my.tmobile.com the plan shows a plan I have never even requested in the first place. I want the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. Nothing else. No credits, no vacations, just the plan.
