trying to get a delivery of my phone to a new address because no one is at home address during the day…
a lot will depend on how long ago you ordered it and if its already been pulled for shipping or possibly already shipped.if its either of those i dont think it can happen. if you can call back in and if its still waiting to be pulled they might be able to cancel the order and re do it.

Most orders must be shipped to the billing address for the account. If no one is going to be home to receive it. You might be able to request the option to pick it up from a local pickup location
