I returned a device in June 25th and sent the tracking 1 month ago and tmobile still charged me, I asked a prof of delivery to UPS 1zx1392y9010466211 as MOBILE DOG GROOMING . I open many complain in chat support also in calls under request form ref # 55441983. NO BODY SOLVED THIS PROBLEM AND UPS SAID IT WAS DELIVERD AT WAREHOUSE DOCK 06/25/21 AT 11.12AM. AFTER MANY TRYS THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AFTER MANY MANY TRYS THE PERSON NAMED kYLE WHO TALKED BY CHATACCUSED ME THAT THE DEVICE RECEVEID THE EMI DONT MATCH. SO FIRST THEY SAID THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED THERE AND THEM HE/SHE SAID THE PHONE IS NOT THE MEI i ASKED FOR RECORD VIDEO THAT PROOF WHEN SOMENE OPEN THE PACKAGE IT WAS ANOTHER PHONE, IT VERY WEIRD MADE ACCUSATION WITHOUT PROOF. BY THE TIME PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED SUDDENLY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND MEI DON MATH. I AM SEPARATED ALL PROOF i CAN TO OPEN A CLAIM IN SMALL COURT. THE WAY TMOBILE ARE TREATMENT ME IS UNACCETABLE.
Since T-Mobile doesn’t have Customer Relations email or way to connect with them, I am posting my story here.I have been with T-Mobile 17 years, starting with one line and go into multi-line family plan. Recently, I have decided to switch Business plan and add 2 more lines. T-Mobile doesn’t have ability to setup plan online if using company tax id, I had to go through Sales Rep. After talking to rep, I expressed my desire to get a 5 line Business plan, but transfer 3 phone numbers from my current personal plan. I also said that I am looking for a specific offer online ($36/line for 5 lines). Rep explained course of actions as setting up business account with one line and transferring over rest of lines once account is activated. Getting SIM card and activating account took less than 24 hours and next day I called Experts (as suggested by Rep) to do the rest of the process. I have repeated my intentions and even walked Expert through T-Mobile Business website to confirm the prices. It t

One passage speaks on the concept of man and woman as distinct categories of mankind, the other affirms the sanctity of man and woman in a union called marriage. As I see a YouTube ad of T-Mobile with LGBT symbols at their logo, this suggests a rejection of these two Judeo-Christian tenets. So I ask you, is that actually the case? Hello! I need one competent person who understands basic english language and can switch my plan to T-Mobile Business Unlimited Ultimate ($160 for 4 lines with autopay). Its right off T-Mobile website. See screenshot. I called multiple times and all I got was “credit” where on my.tmobile.com the plan shows a plan I have never even requested in the first place. I want the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. Nothing else. No credits, no vacations, just the plan.
Im the owner of the account and i cant even see any details because it says i dont have permission. They been charging me more and more since March and my phone has been hacked no one time but 3 times. I regret having Tmobile and they are not available to help in the store.
T-Mobile are liars I paid for a phone and have been a customer for 9 years I literally bought the phone on their own website and they keep giving me the runaround they took my money I have never gotten the device that I paid for in full and then they said that my phone got lost in transit with UPS which it never came to my house and had nothing to do with me what a bunch of Liars they are they literally took my money never refunded me my money and now they said they're going to bring me another phone and I still have not received it this has been going on for a month and a half I'm over it and I need a different service and I need to let everybody know on this website and in T-Mobile that all they want to do is take from you and not give you the proper service that you deserve please trust me I have been a customer for nine years and they have been the shittiest phone service I have ever dealt with and the shittiest incompetent people that they hire day in and day out please tell them
I have two A32 phones on my business account and they do not work well. After two months of dealing with tech support and customer care, I have found both Tmobile and the A32 wanting. The A32 is a poor performer, drops calls, fails to send text messages, reports phone as ‘device not found on network’ etc. The phone struggles with the basics, I guess that’s why it was ‘free’, turns out to be anything but ‘free’ with wasted hours with customer care and tech support to reboot, reset, change mobile connection, use a new sim and on and on with no improvement. On a recent phone call with customer care they told me, “not to worry, we will email you UPS shipping labels for you to print and take to your local T mobile store to return them and get a new/different phones. Only problem was the store said no-way. Not the 1st time that customer service got it way wrong, I totally regret going with T-Mobile at this point, as I am tired of the lies and false promises. Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge. For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING! I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”. All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?
First got two more phones for business after switching from Sprint would not take existing IDs to send in mail that came in from Sprint and verified military. Sales guy lies says you get two Netflix Displays for free does not check it properly. so due to security send me with 84 YO mother-in-law waited 2.5 hours at store. At store the Rep forgets to check the proper Netflix box, then another finally figured it out but it never activated as somehow my user got set to non primary. Meanwhile was late to get home GSD pees on floor. Then at midnight T-Mobile tells no on one display or your will be charged for two. Then it would not work and another set me up as primary, then it still didi not work even though now three reps had sent a sms saying go for it. Two could not walk through the process. Then another says ok you up on primary user it still does not work ill conference us to Netflix, then she drops the call leaving me in the Philippines with sounded like a child on the line, who
Late Friday afternoon on the Memorial holiday weekend, T-Mobile cancelled my business account with 22 phone lines. They never sent me any correspondence my business users just stopped having service. When I called Business care, I was told to send a letter by US postal service, not email or fax, to T-Mobile Fraud Division and then wait till they contact you. I went into the local T-Mobile store and got the same response. I have never owed T-Mobile any money and yet they refuse to allow me to port out any of my 22 phone numbers to a different carrier. The phones are the life blood of my business I can no longer receive orders from my customers or get banking codes to do online baking.Can someone please help me with this problem! Time is of the essence.
Purchased a brand new iphone Mini 12 from TMobile a while back. Was shipped directly from TMo fulfillment center. Just realized it was installed with Remote Management (MDM/Mobile Device Management) from a third party (International Bank of Reconstruction and Development), smell fishy. No idea who that is, and I purchased the phone as a personal phone, not for work, not for any organization.Scary to have spyware / remote management placed on a brand new phone. MDM is capable to remotely do many things including spying on the user.Apple could not do anything about it. Wondering how it got on my phone in the first place. Can MDM be installed remotely without owner’s consent?Should check your phone to see if MDM is installed on your phone without your consent. Only one who installed it can remove it. Basically they own your phone if they can put that RM on your phone.SECURTY FLAW?
It is Showing that web guard is on our business T-Mobile Nokia High Speed Internet Gateway only. Plus, neither one of our cell phones from another service can get t T-Mobile app to work in order to change the web guard filter. It says it looks like we got our wires crossed. I was on my cell phone 3 hours last night just to find out no one can do it until the morning. They said it has to be something on customer service side. We have only had the modem a few days and we still have about 10 more days before 14 day cancel guarantee without payment. I am unable to change anything on the app and on the computer when I log in. It is locked or was not filled in completely. Please let me know what can be done as I wanted to get rid of charter business internet.
We just upgraded my wife’s phone to T-Mobile from ATT. Same number, so we should be good to go. However is there any problem with using Zelle on T-Mobile? There were some links on Reddit describing some sort of problems with short identifiers but those were from 2019 - are there still some issues?
Hello, I am trying to activate my phone with my purchase through Samsung’s website and receive the many promotional discounts that are only active for 2 more days! I can sign in to my Tmobile account in order to link the 2. I’ve tried multiple times a day, everyday, for a week - (Losing out on a limited time deal of $250 off)! The only thing I can see that might be an issue is Samsung does not support “Business Liable Accounts”.Does the Business Family Discount on my account (shared account with 10 lines, my line is not a part of the BFD) make the whole account Business Liable? If so, how do we fix this without losing the discount?
