Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge. For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING! I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”. All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?
I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate! Any ideas on why this is happening?
AFTER SEVERAL YEARS WITH TMOBILE YOU GUYS NEED TO DROP IN THE TOILET YOU SUSPEND MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR 9 DAYS PAST DUE 9 DAYS???NOT 30, NOT 60 BUT 9 DAYS AS IF I HAVE A PRE PAID ACCOUNT IS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL ITS NOT ABOUT MAKING PAYMENT ITS THE PRINCIPAL THAT MY ACCOUNT IS ONLY 9 DAYS PAST DUE AND YOU SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT I WILL BE PORTING MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER CARRIER SPECIFCILLY AT&T WHO ISNT THIS DAM PETTY AND WILL BE POSTING ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO ADDRESS THIS MATTERTHANK GOD IM NO LONGER PAYING FOR A DAM PHONE THAT I HAVE THAT FREEDOM YOU WONT BE GETTING ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME
We signed up for a new business account and added one line about 4 weeks ago to try out the service. Tried to signup to my T-mobile and have never been able to login. I have called several times and demonstrated the issue and they are still researching it. Trouble ticket number is 29928166. The issue is every time we try to login we get the attached. Certainly this cannot be the issue for close to a month and there must be something wrong with the account. The app also provides a similar message. Anybody from t-mobile support here who can help before we give up?
So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned.I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts. I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one. After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use

I have just switched to T-Mobile, and set up a multi line business account with Magenta Plus for Business.One of the reasons I made the switch is because we do a lot of international travel, and I was interested in the Global Plus 15GB plan on some of the lines.https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39110Now that I am set up, I tried to add this plan to one of my lines. The rep seemed very confused, and kept adding and deleting the one time 15GB data pass instead, this one:https://www.t-mobile.com/customers/data-passEventually, I was told that the Global Plus 15GB monthly plan can’t be added to Business lines. I could only add monthly data passes.Is this correct?If yes, does anybody know if the monthly 15GB pass also includes Stateside International Talk and Text? It is Showing that web guard is on our business T-Mobile Nokia High Speed Internet Gateway only. Plus, neither one of our cell phones from another service can get t T-Mobile app to work in order to change the web guard filter. It says it looks like we got our wires crossed. I was on my cell phone 3 hours last night just to find out no one can do it until the morning. They said it has to be something on customer service side. We have only had the modem a few days and we still have about 10 more days before 14 day cancel guarantee without payment. I am unable to change anything on the app and on the computer when I log in. It is locked or was not filled in completely. Please let me know what can be done as I wanted to get rid of charter business internet.
I have business account with TMobile and and requested to unlock iPhone and rep told me it will take more 72 hours. This is just crazy. All other carriers can unlock your iPhones in just few hours. This is just unacceptable specially when you need to use your phone in foreign country for work. TMobile should have different process for business users at least. Very very disappointed as I am already in foreign country. I called the one month ago and rep told me to call back when trip is near. They should have process unlock request at that time so that I could use my phone when I needed most. Just completely dissatisfied with the process as a business user.
