Website Login --- Typically Broken, Why?

Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge.  For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING!  I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”.  All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?

Can I get help?

My grandmother bought an Apple 11 mobile phone on T-mobile mobile in May 2020. At the end of last year, she was sick, old, and her memory was not very good. The mobile phone had not been used for a long time. Some time ago, I plugged in the card and found that it could not be activated. Why? I heard that it needs to be unlocked to activate, right? I called the customer service and said that I needed a mobile phone number account to unlock it, right? Why can someone unlock it by only providing an IMEI number? 352897110834325 Can I unlock this?

T Mobile retail stores and T Mobile kiosks!

Dear T Mobile,Please do not close your retail stores and kiosks because we like going there and your representatives are very helpful. We will miss them. It’s disappointing that T Mobile retail stores and T Mobile kiosks are closing down because I like going to the T Mobile store in person. I would like T Mobile to keep their retail stores and kiosks for everyone in 50 states in the USA everywhere because I want to go to the T Mobile store in person. Please send my feedback and recommendations to your supervisor, Mike Sievert, Mike Katz, and Jon Freier for T Mobile customers. Please consider my advice.Thanks, Irteza

Why am i not getting good service with Pixel phones?

I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate!  Any ideas on why this is happening?

Cannot login to T-mobile

We signed up for a new business account and added one line about 4 weeks ago to try out the service. Tried to signup to my T-mobile and have never been able to login. I have called several times and demonstrated the issue and they are still researching it. Trouble ticket number is 29928166. The issue is every time we try to login we get the attached. Certainly this cannot be the issue for close to a month and there must be something wrong with the account. The app also provides a similar message. Anybody from t-mobile support here who can help before we give up?

Or...Should I go someone else? I told them to make a new sidekick phone and I was ignored. I can teleport and I don't give holy things to sinful people. Listen to God the first time.

[Off Topic] Purchase site and T-mobile question Xperia 1iii

So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned.I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Or is my upload still being processed by the site?Also, o

Proposal Not Honored, Salesperson MIA

Hello- I received an aggressive proposal from a T-Mobile sales rep to switch my business lines from Verizon. I was given a proposal in writing via email to pay off all of my equipment with Verizon (6 total devices), and also told that if I signed before the end of the month that I would receive my first two months free. I received a portion of the device buyout as a visa gift card, but was told that my 6th device buyout would be paid off as a credit on my bill. My sales rep eventually said that his manager approved the credits and that it would apply within a couple of weeks. It has now been 3 months since he said this, and 6 months since I began service. Now I cannot reach said rep by phone or email. Lots of emails and voicemails that do not get answered. I am missing more than $800 worth of promised, in writing credits.  How do I get this resolved? More importantly, how can I hold this rep responsible to honor what was offered. It has become more of a principle thing to me personally

I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade.  How do I do that?  I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts.  I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one.  Please help

After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?

Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use

Business Family Discount

How does the BFD work? I thought it was supposed to be $20 off first line and $20 Off second. Up to $40 savings. On my T-Mobile one, the BFD seems so arbitrary. The total discount is about $35.

Question about Global Plus 15GB on Business line

Hi all. I have just switched to T-Mobile, and set up a multi line business account with Magenta Plus for Business.One of the reasons I made the switch is because we do a lot of international travel, and I was interested in the Global Plus 15GB plan on some of the lines.https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39110Now that I am set up, I tried to add this plan to one of my lines. 5G Small Business Internet - Blocking Ports for Dialpad Phone System

We have recently discovered that either the T-Mobile 5 G Business Internet or T-Mobile's cell towers are blocking some of the following ports. We are a small business and use T-Mobile for both internet for our POS system and for our phone (through dialpad.com).  This physical handset worked for about 14 months and then a couple of weeks ago, it stopped receiving incoming calls.  We can call out, but all incoming calls do not ring the handset. We switched the Internet temporarily back to Spectrum and it worked flawlessly. T-Mobile sent us out another one of the grey nokia 5 G towers for our Internet, and we are still experiencing the same problem. The web Guard Filter has been taken over by your adminstrator

It is Showing that web guard is on our business T-Mobile Nokia High Speed Internet Gateway only. Plus, neither one of our cell phones from another service can get t T-Mobile app to work in order to change the web guard filter. It says it looks like we got our wires crossed. I was on my cell phone 3 hours last night just to find out no one can do it until the morning. They said it has to be something on customer service side. We have only had the modem a few days and we still have about 10 more days before 14 day cancel  guarantee without payment. I am unable to change anything on the app and on the computer when I log in. It is locked or was not filled in completely. Please let me know what can be done as I wanted to get rid of charter business internet.
