Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge. For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING! I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”. All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?

We signed up for a new business account and added one line about 4 weeks ago to try out the service. Tried to signup to my T-mobile and have never been able to login. I have called several times and demonstrated the issue and they are still researching it. Trouble ticket number is 29928166. The issue is every time we try to login we get the attached. Certainly this cannot be the issue for close to a month and there must be something wrong with the account. The app also provides a similar message. Anybody from t-mobile support here who can help before we give up?

So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned.I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Or is my upload still being processed by the site?Also, o
I have business account with TMobile and and requested to unlock iPhone and rep told me it will take more 72 hours. This is just crazy. All other carriers can unlock your iPhones in just few hours. This is just unacceptable specially when you need to use your phone in foreign country for work. TMobile should have different process for business users at least. Very very disappointed as I am already in foreign country. I called the one month ago and rep told me to call back when trip is near. They should have process unlock request at that time so that I could use my phone when I needed most. Just completely dissatisfied with the process as a business user.
I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate! Any ideas on why this is happening?
I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade. How do I do that? I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts. I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one. Please help
Hello,I’m setting up a hotspot for my business.I bought two LTE NETGEAR LB1120 modems and set one up with a dynamic IP address. This was fairly simple.Afterwards, I tried to configure one more hotspot with a static IP address.I opened a business account for a static IP address Plan,but no one's been able to help with this setup.I have called the T-Mobile business support center so many times,but no one knows how to set up a static IP address on my hotspot.Whenever I restarted my hotspot device, my public IP address was changed still.I'm guessing the issue with setup is on the T-Mobile side, not on my device.Could anyone help me with static IP address configuration?If not, could anyone refer me to someone who can do this setup with T-Mobile support?Direct messages are welcome.Thank you in advance.

I have just switched to T-Mobile, and set up a multi line business account with Magenta Plus for Business.One of the reasons I made the switch is because we do a lot of international travel, and I was interested in the Global Plus 15GB plan on some of the lines.https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39110Now that I am set up, I tried to add this plan to one of my lines. The rep seemed very confused, and kept adding and deleting the one time 15GB data pass instead, this one:https://www.t-mobile.com/customers/data-passEventually, I was told that the Global Plus 15GB monthly plan can’t be added to Business lines. I could only add monthly data passes.Is this correct?If yes, does anybody know if the monthly 15GB pass also includes Stateside International Talk and Text? One of my lines have had this issue for a few years and now that I'm abroad for a few weeks, I want to get to the bottom of this. I brought 2 SIM cards and 2 phones with me, anticipating one of them will not have data:Simple Choice Business account. Except for 1 line, all lines in the account can get international data,1 Line cannot get International Data roaming at all. When abroad, "Welcome to Country! Your plan gives you unlmited data at up to 2G speeds..." How soon before I can add the global plus one feature to my business account?I don’t want to convert all my business lines over to a consumer account just to add this feature. I have a strong use for it and would like to give my money to T-mobile to add global plus to my business account.
I bought an LG v60 brand new and it is an ATT unlocked device. Since putting my Sim into the v60 I have texting and 5g data that is flawless. I Cannot make or receive calls, though! In some areas my phone will switch to 4g, then my phone will somewhat make calls. I have talked with the experts, in store, online and over the phone. They gave me a new sim, the device is registered correctly and still no calls.. They opened a ticket yesterday, called me today and we are still in the same position. Now a new ticket was opened and I am still waiting to see if they can solve the issue! The store associate in town had me call ATT which seemed off but I did and they were NO HELP at all! I must say, going in store was most frustrating, it seemed they didnt even care about my issue. Though they did replace my Sim after I mentioned it a couple times, they never called or contacted anyone for help and told me to go to ATT for help?!?! I don’t have a cell phone at T-Mobile - rather I have small business internet and one ipad on a business account. Ever since I joined T-Mobile I have not been able to login to the Account Hub - well not fully anyway. I can reset a password and initially login to the website but once I click on since day 1 of activation of my router I get the message - Setting up account - Please check back in the next 24-48 hours to continue activation. I had to call a salesperson to set up autopay because I can’t see any account information or download statements. The same message appeared on every browser - Chrome, Firefox, Edge. This is happened for well over a month now. One of your techs actually recreated the error as well, but said to go to the store which was of no help. When I try to login via the phone app - it just gives an error that it is unable to login - check back later. Please help!
T-Mobile are liars I paid for a phone and have been a customer for 9 years I literally bought the phone on their own website and they keep giving me the runaround they took my money I have never gotten the device that I paid for in full and then they said that my phone got lost in transit with UPS which it never came to my house and had nothing to do with me what a bunch of Liars they are they literally took my money never refunded me my money and now they said they're going to bring me another phone and I still have not received it this has been going on for a month and a half I'm over it and I need a different service and I need to let everybody know on this website and in T-Mobile that all they want to do is take from you and not give you the proper service that you deserve please trust me I have been a customer for nine years and they have been the shittiest phone service I have ever dealt with and the shittiest incompetent people that they hire day in and day out please tell them
