I was trying to take advantage of the apple TV promotion. It wouldn't work off the app. I called & was told to call back 9/2. I did & was given a link to proceed. It didn't work. I called & spoke to Christine. She told me I couldn't get it because of my plan. I told her I wasn't happy. I didn't see anything saying not for 55+ plan. She was checking with a supervisor & would call me back Sun 9/19. She did & said her supervisor couldn't override it. This is the 3rd promotion I've tried to use & couldn't because of my plan. I have a good plan, but feel I'm being punished for it - my age?? I think it's totally unfair. I've been a customer for 15 yrs. I've had good offers & incentives to go to at&t, but I never did. I would appreciate a response, hopefully a positive one.

Do you have the Magenta 55+ plan?
I have the One 55+ plan and my plan is not eligible.
I have the one 55+. Changing to magenta would add $15/month to my bill (just to get promotional items)

Same with me. It's cheaper just to pay for Apple TV if you want it.
I don't need it so I'm keeping my $60 a month plan.
