TMoble Tuesdays App won't Load

I have a Galaxy S21 Plus. I’d been using the T-Moble Tuesdays app, but now it won’t load. It would say “loading” with a swirly circle.

After uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, I’m prompted to enter my phone number. When I press “Continue”, I see another “Loading” swirly circle. It stays a while. I receive a text message with a confirmation code, then get an error message which says “Sorry, looks like we need a moment … T-Mobile Tuesdays is getting some updates. Please check back later.”

How do I get this app working again?

Same issue here. Any fix for this?

Works fine for me on my OnePlus 8T+ 5G.  There was an update for the app last week though.  If reinstalling doesn’t help.  Clear the app cache, then data, and then try the app again.  


Yup, I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared app data and cache. Still fails to load.

Galaxy S 21+, Android 12, 17 November app version from the Play store.


I’m having the same issue since this morning. I can not login to the Tuesday’s app.

I’ve been trying all day with no success.

Any idea why?

Check and make sure your app is up to date.  If your device is end of life and on a legacy Is, that could be why as well.
