I have a Galaxy S21 Plus. I’d been using the T-Moble Tuesdays app, but now it won’t load. It would say “loading” with a swirly circle.
After uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, I’m prompted to enter my phone number. When I press “Continue”, I see another “Loading” swirly circle. It stays a while. I receive a text message with a confirmation code, then get an error message which says “Sorry, looks like we need a moment … T-Mobile Tuesdays is getting some updates. Please check back later.”
How do I get this app working again?
