When I signed up for the Tuesday Bon Appetit my e-mail address was forced into all upper case. Someone, somewhere needs to understand that while the part of an e-mail address to the right of the @ sign is case-insensitive, the part to the left of the @ can be case-sensitive. So, firstname.lastname@example.org can actually be different USER@host.domain.
You have to bring that up with the publisher. That's their website under the wrapper.
I agree. It's weird that it's doing that. Going directly through the websites registration, it let's you change it to lower case letters.
