I stopped connecting sometime between 9 AM and 9:30 AM 2016 October 5 in albuquerque


    I received a new SIM the afternoon of 2016 October 4.  I connected as soon as I reset and had no problem accessing the Internet until sometime between 9 and 9:30 AM (Mountain time) 2016 October 5.  I've reset, taken out the battery, traveled to 2 different locations (including a t-mobile store, where everyone else could connect).  The modem's page tells me the SIM is valid and everything else seems okay.
