Your post is a bit confusing. Were you chatting with one of our online representatives? Typically when it comes to exchanges, the exchanged device is the same make/model and would also need to be unlocked as it will come locked. When we do an exchange, we can only ship the device to a US residence. Why were you looking to exchange your Note 7?
