Hello can someone please help out I contacted Tmobile multiple times and they never really solved my issue... I have received a personal cellspot and they told me to wait overnight at first so I did the lights were on except the 3g/4g and 4gLTE were not on. Then called again and they said wait till Friday... And I did and still nothing . Any help would be so much apperciated
It sounds like you're waiting for your CellSpot to activate. There have been a few conversations around our forums of users reporting the activation taking a little more than 24 hours. Has your CellSpot finally completed the activation? Or are you still having issues with it connecting?
