Usage and bill details required




    Need help.


    I had Tmobile connection under a family connection last year till September.

    Recently my primary member got some unpaid amount.When i am trying to check the usage and bills online by to loging into my Tmobile account its not allowing me.

    Also,while closing the connection last year i requested Tmobile to send the last 3 months bills and final bill but not received till now.


    Please help.


    To-add.I am now living in India and T-mobile number is closed.

If the account is canceled, you will not be able to access the online account If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can use the links in my signature to message our T-Force team since calling is not an option. They will be able to pull up your old account and give you all the details you need.
