I am not able to share internet using my Moto E5 Play. I was able to share internet the last time I tried several weeks ago. I am able to log on and create a network, just no internet. I am now using AT&T cell on an iPhone and everything is working fine. My Moto shows 4 bars of 4G LTE. I'm way below my data and hotspot limits. Any suggestions?
I have seen this type of behavior in the past. Can you please try changing the network name that your Motorola device is sending out to something new? Also, try setting up a new password and try connecting your devices to that new network name.
Did updating the network name and changing the password solve the issue? Keep us posted if this is still happening.
